Qwerky little hotel but in a nice way. We were on top, fifth floor, so the 121 steps were a bit of a challenge , no lift. It’s in a good location for getting around, near main square. We booked tour of Auschwitz through the hotel reception, 199 slotys each, would recommend going early in the day as it got really busy. Also took the city tour on the electric buggy, it was a good way of getting your feel for the city, guide excellent. The restaurant where we had breakfast , Scandale Royale, next to hotel was excellent. Food very fresh and tasty. Waiter very attentive and knowledgeable, advising Polish dishes.

The appartments were definitely 3 star the beds were never changed and the room wasn't cleaned in 3 days and the breakfast was terrible,there are 2 types of appartments the refurb ones and the old one ... more

The basic flight fare (including all taxes and non-optional charges), one piece of check-in baggage, accommodation and coach transfers if stated form the ‘FREE’ element of the price. All other ancillary charges on the flight or during the holiday, such as extra legroom and in-flight meals, room upgrades, and optional meal arrangements, and for villas, pool heating, shall be chargeable. One Free Child Place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price. There can only be one Free Child Place per room, or per villa, on the booking. With the exception of villa products, multiple Free Child Places can be booked as long as there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price per child place, each Free Child Place is assigned into a different room and there is availability of Free Child Places. Where a party consists of one adult and two children, one child will be charged the full price applicable to their age and the other child will receive the Free Child Place.
The child age where a Free Child Place would be applicable is displayed on the accommodation description page of the brochure and on our website. The child age on the date of return must not exceed the specified age to be applicable to a Free Child Place.
The full deposit must be paid for the Free Child Place and the deposit will be deducted from the final holiday invoice. This will be displayed at time of booking. If you cancel your holiday there will be a £60 charge payable in respect of the child, in addition to any charges set out in clause 5 of our terms and conditions.
