Ascot Premium Hotel

My sister and I stayed at the Ascot hotel for a holiday with jet2. We were pleasantly surprised with the location, close to everything . The room was very clean and comfortable. The one night we wanted to order a pizza so we asked at the front desk. They suggested a place, placed our order and 30 minutes later we had one of the nicest pizzas we've ever had. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely suggest the Ascot hotel to everyone! :)

We stayed at the Ascot Hotel in Krakow for a week in July. The hotel was ideally situated being just a short walk from old Krakow town. The hotel was quiet, our room very clean & comfortable & the breakfast was excellent with a full & varied menu. Without exception the staff were very friendly & the reception staff were extremely helpful. This is a lovely hotel which we highly recommend.

Great little hotel, good location. No kettle in room but reception had one for our use during our stay so could have cup of coffee after a long day sightseeing. Room quite small but very clean & adequate for our stay Buffett breakfast plenty of choice , would stay here again if return to Krakow

The Ascot Hotel is in the centre of Kraków near to all the shops, market, bars and restaurants. A really good service and very clean. We went in December for the Christmas Market and was not disappointed. We are planning to return to the Ascot and would recommend this hotel.

Lovely city hotel in great location, walking distance to all local attractions, Rooms quite small but adequate & very clean, bit too warm at times. Breakfast was buffet style, continental, cold meats & cheese not really my thing but plenty of other things to fill up on, presented very well. No tea/coffee making facilities in room but e mailed the hotel in advance & provided us with a kettle for our stay. Would definitely stay here again

This hotel is very clean, the staff are helpful, and it is a 5 minute walk from the old town. The breakfast buffet was superb in my view. That said, aspects of the hotel felt a little tired. The air con did not work, and the sound proofing between rooms needs to be improved.

Small friendly hotel within walking distance of main square, park, and the fabulous Galleria shopping centre. We had twin room. It was small but had everything we needed.....lovely shower, air con which we used. Beds were comfy, and we had channels that we could watch on tv. The breakfast had something for everyone and lots of it. Not just continental either. There was lots to choose from. Not a big bar but it was well stocked. Nothing was a bother to the staff, and they all spoke english. We would definitely stay there again

We had the most amazing time. The hotel was clean and we'll equipped and the perfect location. Situated near the main square and train station. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable as well as helpful.

We were recommended this hotel by a colleague. Staff very friendly and efficient. Rooms were very clean and maid service very good. Overall adequate for a short stay in Krakow. There was free wi fi which worked well. Continental breakfast of a good standard. Hotel is within a short walk of the majority of the sites. We might revisit Krakow and if we did I would have no problem staying here again.
