Krakow is a great place to visit! But we should have read the reviews of the hotel more thoroughly as, although we booked bed & breakfast, the latter was in a sister hotel 10+ minutes walk away! Luckily no rain in the mornings. And we had to collect the door codes from another 3-4 minutes the opposite way. Our original room (105) was incredibly noisy as at night, the basement bar customers sat on the pavement tables right under one window and, being on the corner, we also had to cope with the noise of the trams. The subsequent room (103 at back) was better, with a lovely bathroom (tho the shower was “interesting”) and we had to find ways to keep the plugs in both it and the basin. There was a lift. We did find that it was within a reasonable walk of the main attractions. It was basic but clean.

Smell as soon as you walk into the reception area. Carpet stains. Mattress stained very badly. Curtain didn't fit the window. Air conditioning not working. Would not recommend this hotel. However was ... more

If its a B&B well no room service if its an apartment no fridge or stove ect.. 10 min walk down the road for breakfast not ideal..also had to keep window open as the aircon didn't seem to work.. Which ... more

The basic flight fare (including all taxes and non-optional charges), one piece of check-in baggage, accommodation and coach transfers if stated form the ‘FREE’ element of the price. All other ancillary charges on the flight or during the holiday, such as extra legroom and in-flight meals, room upgrades, and optional meal arrangements, and for villas, pool heating, shall be chargeable. Please note, transfers are not included within a Jet2CityBreaks booking.
One Free Child Place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price. There can only be one Free Child Place per room, or per villa, on the booking. With the exception of villa products, multiple Free Child Places can be booked as long as there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price per child place, each Free Child Place is assigned into a different room and there is availability of Free Child Places. Where a party consists of one adult and two children, one child will be charged the full price applicable to their age and the other child will receive the Free Child Place.
The child age where a Free Child Place would be applicable is displayed on the accommodation description page of the brochure and on our website. The child age on the date of return must not exceed the specified age to be applicable to a Free Child Place.
The full deposit must be paid for the Free Child Place and the deposit will be deducted from the final holiday invoice. This will be displayed at time of booking. If you cancel your holiday there will be a £60 charge payable in respect of the child, in addition to any charges set out in clause 5 of our terms and conditions.
Free Child Places cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers, unless otherwise stated.
