The hotel staff were very friendly and Nothing was too much trouble. There gave us information about the city, booked our trips, booked taxis and organised reservations at restaurants. On the pictures the hotel looked close to a motorway however the route into the town centre was pedestrian friendly with tunnels under the motorway to walk through. The breakfast included everything you could wish for. The rooms were cleaned and restocked daily. To top this off there were little extras that made our stay even more comfortable.
A really nice hotel but a bit far from the main square. About a 20 minute walk or rely on buses or taxis. A lovely art exhibition was on display and the artist was a receptionist at the hotel. A very clean and tidy hotel.
nice clean modern hotel a little out of the town centre.unusual in that it had a microwave oven room and a laundry.Our only disappointment was the breakfast with over cooked bacon no fried eggs unless you went to the egg station and poor coffee.
Excellent hotel - we had awesome view from bedroom - will return to Krakow and book the same hotel - staff were very helpful and go out of there way to assist. Modern Hotel, clean and we were rally happy with it
We had an excellent city break in Kraków. Lots to see and do. Lovely city and excellent hotel. A bit of a walk from the main square though. If you are fit and enjoy walking then the distance is not a problem. About a 20 min walk from the main square.

One Free Child Place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price. There can only be one Free Child Place per room, or per villa, on the booking. With the exception of villa products, multiple Free Child Places can be booked as long as there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price per child place, each Free Child Place is assigned into a different room and there is availability of Free Child Places. Where a party consists of one adult and two children, one child will be charged the full price applicable to their age and the other child will receive the Free Child Place.
The child age where a Free Child Place would be applicable is displayed on the accommodation description page of the brochure and on our website. The child age on the date of return must not exceed the specified age to be applicable to a Free Child Place.
The full deposit must be paid for the Free Child Place and the deposit will be deducted from the final holiday invoice. This will be displayed at time of booking. If you cancel your holiday there will be a £60 charge payable in respect of the child, in addition to any charges set out in clause 5 of our terms and conditions.
