Perfect stay at this Hotel. Staff were so friendly and really helpful from Reception to breakfast waitress. Food was excellent. Location so convenient. Rooms clean and comfortable. Would stay there again.
Hotel Ester is located in a beautiful little square a stones throw from the castle and city centre. It’s surrounded by numerous wonderful bars and restaurants rich with culture, local musicians and local foods and drinks at local prices, There are so many surrounding the hotel we simply couldn’t fit them all in. The hotel is perfect. Immaculately clean, the most comfortable beds and bedding and decorated and furnished so stylishly. Big thank you to the staff everyone of you for making our Christmas break so pleasant and enjoyable. Ring them or email them and they’ll arrange a transfer to and from the airport if you don’t fancy the train.
Fantastic Hotel,set in a great location, the square is a 10 minute walk away. Very friendly helpful staff, reception staff great at helping with booking trips and giving advice. Rooms spotlessly clean, very comfy beds!
Just arrived back from 4 night stay at The Hotel Ester, Krakow. When we arrived at the hotel in the early evening we checked in and went to our rooms, our double room was clean but had very dark furniture. Our Daughters room was up in the eaves a tiny dark oppressive room, they didn't like it at all so I suggested moving. I spoke to the receptionist and at first was told there were no available rooms but after a bit of persuasion he agreed they could move in the morning. The room they was given was much brighter and had two windows overlooking the beautiful square. Breakfast was very basic. Overall I would class this as more of a 3* hotel clean but basic but in a fantastic location within the jewish district. Restaurants locally were very good and cheap, our favourite was Plac Nowry 1. You are in walking distance of the main square say 15/20 minutes or you could hop on a tram.
Lovely atmosphere in out door bar. Had 3 rooms some better than others. Really good value. Polish breakfast lovely fresh food but dont expect full English. Great location in Jewish area quite walk to attractions so need to be quite fit. Plenty of really good restaurants very close to hotel. Worth a stay

Lovely hotel in Kazimierz district. Spotless and clean towels every day. 15 mins last night walk from main square but lots of bars and restaurants close by

One Free Child Place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price. There can only be one Free Child Place per room, or per villa, on the booking. With the exception of villa products, multiple Free Child Places can be booked as long as there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price per child place, each Free Child Place is assigned into a different room and there is availability of Free Child Places. Where a party consists of one adult and two children, one child will be charged the full price applicable to their age and the other child will receive the Free Child Place.
The child age where a Free Child Place would be applicable is displayed on the accommodation description page of the brochure and on our website. The child age on the date of return must not exceed the specified age to be applicable to a Free Child Place.
The full deposit must be paid for the Free Child Place and the deposit will be deducted from the final holiday invoice. This will be displayed at time of booking. If you cancel your holiday there will be a £60 charge payable in respect of the child, in addition to any charges set out in clause 5 of our terms and conditions.
