Excellent service, immaculately clean, fabulous spa treatment, good location. Trips can be booked via the hotel and these are comparable to other tour providers. Restaurant served quality food. Guests receive 10% discount in the spa, restaurant and hairdresser.
Hotel is in a super location, only 10 minutes walk from Oskar Schindler's factory, 10 minutes walk from the Jewish Quarter and 20 minutes walk from the Old Town main square. A great selection of continental and cooked breakfasts every morning. The bar and Andromeda restaurant are both reasonably priced for a 4* hotel. The pool and spa facilities looked fantastic, although the pool area was closed for refurbishment during our stay. The staff were amazing, so professional yet so friendly and welcoming every day. Room was large, very clean and a large en suite bathroom. Comfortable beds, adequate storage and a super view of the River Vistula. No road noise from streets outside. Would recommend to both young and old.
Hotel was excellent, staff friendly. Sauna and pool area were very good. It is about 20 minute walk from the centre but only £3 in a taxi, although on the way home the taxis are often double the price so beware.

Lovely staff, excellent location for exploring. Room was comfortable, clean. Breakfast lovely, with plenty choice, didn't feel rushed. Sadly didn't have time to use the spa area but did look relaxing. ... more

The basic flight fare (including all taxes and non-optional charges), one piece of check-in baggage, accommodation and coach transfers if stated form the ‘FREE’ element of the price. All other ancillary charges on the flight or during the holiday, such as extra legroom and in-flight meals, room upgrades, and optional meal arrangements, and for villas, pool heating, shall be chargeable. Please note, transfers are not included within a Jet2CityBreaks booking.
One Free Child Place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price. There can only be one Free Child Place per room, or per villa, on the booking. With the exception of villa products, multiple Free Child Places can be booked as long as there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price per child place, each Free Child Place is assigned into a different room and there is availability of Free Child Places. Where a party consists of one adult and two children, one child will be charged the full price applicable to their age and the other child will receive the Free Child Place.
The child age where a Free Child Place would be applicable is displayed on the accommodation description page of the brochure and on our website. The child age on the date of return must not exceed the specified age to be applicable to a Free Child Place.
The full deposit must be paid for the Free Child Place and the deposit will be deducted from the final holiday invoice. This will be displayed at time of booking. If you cancel your holiday there will be a £60 charge payable in respect of the child, in addition to any charges set out in clause 5 of our terms and conditions.
