Hotel was in a prime location as everything was in walking distance. Rooms were clean and towels changed every day. Breakfast was continental but had something that would suit everyone. Computer access, case storage room, water dispenser all available to use. Staff all spoke good English and were very polite. Would use this hotel again if I am lucky enough to return to Krakow
4 night stay at this well located hotel. Well placed fro everything with most key points on interest within a 10-15 minute walk. Staff before and during stay were very helpful in arranging tours and transport. The hotel is clean and comfortable. My only concerns are that the room was very warm even with a fan on and I imagine it would be intolerable in hotter weather. Also they do not provide tea/coffee in the room as standard but you can request this for 15PLN - price the same no matter length of stay I believe. This will get you one tea bag/i coffee sachet/a dried milk and a sugar per day. I really think that as the hotel only does B&B it should review this situation and provide these facilities as standard. Its not a deal-breaker as you are never far from a cafe/bar or eatery. We would stay again.There is so much to see and do in Krakow its not possible to pack it into one visit. We manged to do the camps, Schindler's Factory ,Pomorska Street, Ghetto Hero Square, Pharmacy Under the Eagle, Old Synagogue, Wawel Castle , the Salt Mine and a number of amazing churches. My advice - wear comfy shoes!
Went to Krakow as the last celebration of my birthday and it was an amazing weekend. The Regent Hotel was perfect for us. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious and very clean, the bathrooms were spotless and the showers were powerful with plenty of hot water. There was plenty of choice at breakfast. The location was in a wonderful vibrant area and was an easy walk to the old town and main square.

The Hotel is clean, friendly and good breakfast. Location is also oretty good. Unfortunately the rear of the premises is a building site, so you'll be woken up at 7:30 am whether you want to be or not ... more

One Free Child Place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price. There can only be one Free Child Place per room, or per villa, on the booking. With the exception of villa products, multiple Free Child Places can be booked as long as there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price per child place, each Free Child Place is assigned into a different room and there is availability of Free Child Places. Where a party consists of one adult and two children, one child will be charged the full price applicable to their age and the other child will receive the Free Child Place.
The child age where a Free Child Place would be applicable is displayed on the accommodation description page of the brochure and on our website. The child age on the date of return must not exceed the specified age to be applicable to a Free Child Place.
The full deposit must be paid for the Free Child Place and the deposit will be deducted from the final holiday invoice. This will be displayed at time of booking. If you cancel your holiday there will be a £60 charge payable in respect of the child, in addition to any charges set out in clause 5 of our terms and conditions.
