We stayed for 4 nights back in November. We arrived later in the evening but the hotel was easily accessible and the staff we very welcoming. Room was modern and clean, we were on the ground floor facing the courtyard so minimal noise from traffic/trams. We only had breakfast twice, good selection and kept topped up. For us the hotel was in a great location to explore and a short trip to and from airport. Would definitely stay again.
Really nice hotel. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Staff organised a packed breakfast/lunch as we had an early pick up for a trip. Room was really spacious and a nice bathroom.. If you're a light sleeper ask fir a quiet room so you don't hear the trams as much. Really handy for the old town and a supermarket just around the corner. Would use again if we return
Hotel is in a great location close to old centre of Krakow. Our room was at the front of hotel so trams heard trundling past at most hours of night and day. Not overly disturbing but noisy nonetheless. Bedroom walls not particularly thick which led to being woken and kept awake by loud snoring next door. Room small, pretty basic but functional. Bathroom same. Only one wafer thin pillow and disappointing that when asked for additional pillows at 6pm was told none available until following day as housekeeping had finished for the day. First nights sleep uncomfortable as a consequence. Breakfast buffet plentiful. Clearly catering for all nationalities so an eclectic mix of items. Enough to satisfy most tastes but not necessarily all. Overall a little disappointing but acceptable nonetheless.

One Free Child Place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price. There can only be one Free Child Place per room, or per villa, on the booking. With the exception of villa products, multiple Free Child Places can be booked as long as there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price per child place, each Free Child Place is assigned into a different room and there is availability of Free Child Places. Where a party consists of one adult and two children, one child will be charged the full price applicable to their age and the other child will receive the Free Child Place.
The child age where a Free Child Place would be applicable is displayed on the accommodation description page of the brochure and on our website. The child age on the date of return must not exceed the specified age to be applicable to a Free Child Place.
The full deposit must be paid for the Free Child Place and the deposit will be deducted from the final holiday invoice. This will be displayed at time of booking. If you cancel your holiday there will be a £60 charge payable in respect of the child, in addition to any charges set out in clause 5 of our terms and conditions.
