This Hotel was perfectly located for all local attractions, easy walking distance. Can highly recommend, staff were friendly and helpful, even left a bottle of sparkling wine in our room for my husbands birthday - the Hotel is beautiful, it has been restored beautifully from what it was before. Would definitely return here again if we visit Krakow in the future.
We booked an interconnecting family room which was perfect for us and our 2 teenage children. The rooms were clean and spacious, restaurant food was good and the staff were helpful and friendly. It was more expensive compared to other hotels and a little further away from the main square, but we didn’t mind that.
I took my dad here for his 60th birthday, the hotel was beautiful the staff were so lovely, the breakfast was fab. Location was great. I can’t wait to return next year, Thankyou we had a fabulous city trip
Lovely hotel with friendly efficient staff. Rooms well appointed clean and comfortable. Ate in the restaurant excellent. Location is ideal for the Jewish quarter and getting around. All round could not fault it. The whole famiy was of the same opinion
Lovely hotel, ideally situated close to main square with all the bars and restaurants and the Jewish quarter again with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Hotel itself provided a very clean and comfortable room, we had a triple room which was a very good size. We didn't eat an evening meal,but had breakfast,which was very nice with staff that were very friendly and helpful.Would recommend the Metropolitan .

One Free Child Place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price. There can only be one Free Child Place per room, or per villa, on the booking. With the exception of villa products, multiple Free Child Places can be booked as long as there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price per child place, each Free Child Place is assigned into a different room and there is availability of Free Child Places. Where a party consists of one adult and two children, one child will be charged the full price applicable to their age and the other child will receive the Free Child Place.
The child age where a Free Child Place would be applicable is displayed on the accommodation description page of the brochure and on our website. The child age on the date of return must not exceed the specified age to be applicable to a Free Child Place.
The full deposit must be paid for the Free Child Place and the deposit will be deducted from the final holiday invoice. This will be displayed at time of booking. If you cancel your holiday there will be a £60 charge payable in respect of the child, in addition to any charges set out in clause 5 of our terms and conditions.
