Nice hotel next to hero's square & 10mins walk to the jewish corner. Clean, great breakfast, small pool with a sauna and steam room, only stayed 3 nights wish it was much longer, I would stay he again.
Friendly staff, great breakfast, walking distance to old town, nearby tram if required, free water bus service, good gym sauna and swimming pool. Located beside the water and also nearby to schindlers house.
Very nice staff very helpful room very clean , pool and spa was very nice to, over all very good , location was central to . Really enjoyed it and would defiantly stay at this hotel if I was to visit Krakow again .
We had an enjoyable stay at the Qubus. All area of Krakow where in easy walking distance, The hotel is clean and comfortable. Lovely swimming pool but need more space to change. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider going back
Excellent place to stay! Great facilities and lovely breakfast with a wide variety of choice. Staff were all very freindly and helpful and there is a tour agent located in the hotel to book trips which was very useful!
Fantastic hotel, great food, great staff and perfect facilities. Extra little touches such as an umbrella were spot on. The hotel was situated just over the bridge but right next to the tram lines. Recommend the use of the Hot tub, Steam room and Sauna especially at the end of a hard days walk. Pack walking shoes or trainers and waterproof clothing
Could not fault our stay in the hotel. Staff friendly and efficient. Superb breakfasts. Swimming pool on the top floor is fantastic. Best tip is to take a tram from outside the hotel into the main square. Used the souvenir shop to book visits to Salt Mines and Auschwitz.
Hotel in great location on the river 2mins walk to Jewish quarter and 5mins in taxi to old town which was only about £5 for 4 people Room was great and we were upgraded to river view ,staff helpful and friendly ,room cleaned daily, Breakfast was fantastic , Drinks a little e pensive in the hotel but you would expect that Overall great holiday
Couldn't really fault the hotel except it's a long walk away from the square but does have good views of the city from some upper story rooms. Staff were very pleasant and did everything that was asked of them. Kraków itself is a lovely place and would recommend anyone to visit.

One Free Child Place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price. There can only be one Free Child Place per room, or per villa, on the booking. With the exception of villa products, multiple Free Child Places can be booked as long as there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price per child place, each Free Child Place is assigned into a different room and there is availability of Free Child Places. Where a party consists of one adult and two children, one child will be charged the full price applicable to their age and the other child will receive the Free Child Place.
The child age where a Free Child Place would be applicable is displayed on the accommodation description page of the brochure and on our website. The child age on the date of return must not exceed the specified age to be applicable to a Free Child Place.
The full deposit must be paid for the Free Child Place and the deposit will be deducted from the final holiday invoice. This will be displayed at time of booking. If you cancel your holiday there will be a £60 charge payable in respect of the child, in addition to any charges set out in clause 5 of our terms and conditions.
