The hotel was very welcoming, clean and comfortable, basic but exactly what was needed for a city break where you spend most of the time exploring the city, I enjoyed my stay. Good selection of breakfasts which were delivered to our rooms at agreed time, they were very filling. All the staff were friendly and very helpful, easy bookin, and helped us to find our way around all with a smile. I would certainly go again when visiting the city,
Pleasantly surprised after reading some of the previous reviews, was clean and comfortable. Although there was no T.V or coffee making facilities in the room as shows on pictures, this was not a problem for us. Tea and coffee was available near the reception area, we were on the ground floor so again not too much of a problem. Would stay there again.
So we arrived around 10 ish at night and was shown to our room, first impressions were good, decent size L shape room with large double bed ( more comfortable than our own bed) Yes it's slightly dated but so what, there was complimentary coffee ,tea etc, kettle, clean and on the first floor of a few steps, breakfast served 8am-11am , (continental with cereal and cake , juice etc..).which was good as one morning we slept in u ntill 10 am ...again due to the bed I guess. Staff were polite and called for taxis when needed.would definitely stay again, if I did have to moan , it would be that the television only had 1 English channel on , but then again you don't go on holiday to watch television. .

After reading all the poor and negative reviews with regard to this hotel I was not looking forward to staying there. It’s a budget hotel and you get what you pay for. I don’t have any complaints. ... more

We didn't even spend a night in fact not an hour in there. Seriously can't tell you what's wrong when so much wasn't..........the pictures are a LIE.......IT WORSE THAN THAT PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MON ... more

No mugs kettle glasses in shower-room TV. Very basic room. Very small cupboard. Area for sitting outside only available for customers of the pub which is not part of the hotel.

This apart-hotel was cheap and cheerful. We stayed during a heatwave and there was no aircon, which made it a bit uncomfortable. There was also no TV — not an issue for us as we don’t use it — but the ... more

The basic flight fare (including all taxes and non-optional charges), one piece of check-in baggage, accommodation and coach transfers if stated form the ‘FREE’ element of the price. All other ancillary charges on the flight or during the holiday, such as extra legroom and in-flight meals, room upgrades, and optional meal arrangements, and for villas, pool heating, shall be chargeable. Please note, transfers are not included within a Jet2CityBreaks booking.
One Free Child Place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price. There can only be one Free Child Place per room, or per villa, on the booking. With the exception of villa products, multiple Free Child Places can be booked as long as there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price per child place, each Free Child Place is assigned into a different room and there is availability of Free Child Places. Where a party consists of one adult and two children, one child will be charged the full price applicable to their age and the other child will receive the Free Child Place.
The child age where a Free Child Place would be applicable is displayed on the accommodation description page of the brochure and on our website. The child age on the date of return must not exceed the specified age to be applicable to a Free Child Place.
The full deposit must be paid for the Free Child Place and the deposit will be deducted from the final holiday invoice. This will be displayed at time of booking. If you cancel your holiday there will be a £60 charge payable in respect of the child, in addition to any charges set out in clause 5 of our terms and conditions.
