My wife and i decided to visit Krakow for Xmas 2024 and wanted to be somewhere central. You cant get more centralnthan this. We booked at The Venetian and upgraded to the Superior Double with Market Square View and what a fantastic room it was too. Clean, spacious, heated well and had a small kitchen area with all appliances should you wish to cook, but why would you? Being right in Rynek Square, there are lots of restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, even fast food places and its litterally half the price of the UK to eat out, cooking and doing dishes doesnt make sense. During cmas, the market is on the square, with the majority of it bring on the otherside of the old town hall and cloth market, which means, yes it is busy, but not noisey, but it is very picturesque! There are some beautiful views over the square, the double windows of our room open right up and you can just people watch. For our first time visiting Poland and Krakow, i dont think we could have found a better place and wouldnt hesitate to go back again. Check in was easy, lifts to all floors, toiletries and towels supplied, hair dryer and iron also in room. Litterally, turn up, unpack and go enjoy Krakow!
A superb aparthotel in a superb setting. Make sure you get a market voew as ot really does top it off. Our market square voew was breathtaking as was the room itself. Plenty pf space, clean and staff were surprisingly friendly!

I can’t find any fault with this hotel. Clean, bright, secure,central,friendly and helpful with guests. Near everything and a very good vibe. Thank you for a wonderful few days.

The basic flight fare (including all taxes and non-optional charges), one piece of check-in baggage, accommodation and coach transfers if stated form the ‘FREE’ element of the price. All other ancillary charges on the flight or during the holiday, such as extra legroom and in-flight meals, room upgrades, and optional meal arrangements, and for villas, pool heating, shall be chargeable. One Free Child Place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price. There can only be one Free Child Place per room, or per villa, on the booking. With the exception of villa products, multiple Free Child Places can be booked as long as there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price per child place, each Free Child Place is assigned into a different room and there is availability of Free Child Places. Where a party consists of one adult and two children, one child will be charged the full price applicable to their age and the other child will receive the Free Child Place.
The child age where a Free Child Place would be applicable is displayed on the accommodation description page of the brochure and on our website. The child age on the date of return must not exceed the specified age to be applicable to a Free Child Place.
The full deposit must be paid for the Free Child Place and the deposit will be deducted from the final holiday invoice. This will be displayed at time of booking. If you cancel your holiday there will be a £60 charge payable in respect of the child, in addition to any charges set out in clause 5 of our terms and conditions.
