Atmosphere lovely ,rooms great get a superior much bigger lovely big double bed one let down was the shower the water got everywhere in the bathroom as the door wasn't very good but shower was very hot and powerful. Breakfast was very nice enough choice get the pancakes really good. Location is really good to the right is the castle 5 minutes and the water front , walk across the park and up a road and your at the main square. Reception and breakfast staff were lovely All together a great hotel and would visit again.

Hotel Wawel Queen was just perfect and when we visit Krakow again we will certainly stay here if it is available. The location is very close to the main square, the rooms and whole hotel are immaculate. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They have a pad of maps on the reception desk and staff can show you directions to places. We had a long wait for our flight home and it was no problem for us to wait in the gorgeous lounge and the staff securely stored our luggage for us after checkout. Brilliant all round and great value for money.

I left a pair of gold earrings in the room which mysteriously disappeared when housekeeping cleaned the room.

One Free Child Place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price. There can only be one Free Child Place per room, or per villa, on the booking. With the exception of villa products, multiple Free Child Places can be booked as long as there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price per child place, each Free Child Place is assigned into a different room and there is availability of Free Child Places. Where a party consists of one adult and two children, one child will be charged the full price applicable to their age and the other child will receive the Free Child Place.
The child age where a Free Child Place would be applicable is displayed on the accommodation description page of the brochure and on our website. The child age on the date of return must not exceed the specified age to be applicable to a Free Child Place.
The full deposit must be paid for the Free Child Place and the deposit will be deducted from the final holiday invoice. This will be displayed at time of booking. If you cancel your holiday there will be a £60 charge payable in respect of the child, in addition to any charges set out in clause 5 of our terms and conditions.
