Flash Hotel

My first time in Benidorm and went with my girlfriends mum and dad as they had stayed at the Flash hotel back in 2018. First of all Benidorm is a concrete jungle and not what I was expecting at all. The streets stink of bad drains and the pavements are all dirty like a bad town centre. The beach and bars in that area are beautiful but once you step a street back its all concrete and trash. The Flash hotel was ok. It offered a partial sea view which could be seen from our 11th floor balcony through 2 other high rise hotels. You couldn't actual see the coastline just the sea in the distance. We had half board. The meal spreads were very well laid out with tons of food but the quality wasn't great. Drinks were paid for as you leave the restaurant. The entertainment at street level wasn't great as you felt like you were sat on the pavement and dodging mobility scooters (hired for €50 a day by anyone, young family's even!! Sitting anywhere at street level at night comes with the stench of the drains and spoilt it for me. I would venture down to the sea front and spend a nice evening there instead.

Fabulous hotel with great staff! Lovely food and good bar facilities. Clean and comfortable well appointed rooms. Very spacious. Would definitely stay here again. Close to all central bars etc. And close to the seafront.

The hotel ambassador is a very good hotel . The staff are great and always friendly 😊 . The rooms are always clean and tidy 😊 and the food has been great for choice and a great variety 👍👍 the hotel is in the heart of the entertainment area and very flat area for getting around.

Was really looking forward to staying here as we’d heard good reviews, however the only thing four star about The Flash was the swish reception area. On entering our room we discovered dirty socks in the drawer, and long black hairs in the bathroom which stayed there through our stay. On two occasions our room wasn’t serviced and when we complained we were told it was because our do not disturb sign hadn’t been turned around which was a lie because we were meticulous about this. The air conditioning was poor.

The staff were very friendly and helpful There was an issue with the food as sometimes it was cold the bedding is only changed on arrival which I did think was offputting when the weather was so hot and the rooms were not really cleaned properly every day.We have stayed here before and there were non of the issues mentioned.

Second visit to this hotel. Great staff and nothing too much trouble. I arranged for some flowers to be delivered for my wifes 60th and asked if reception could watch out for them and take them to our room. They not only did this but left her complimentery bubbly and cake. Lovely thought thank you all at flash, smashing hotel.

Great stay, excellent food and well positioned for all amenities Stayed there for the second time and will be returning next visit to Benidorm. Excellent value for the price we paid for our stay in Benidorm.

This hotel was wonderful, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. They helped us book tickets to the Palace and also have a massage facility there that we went to. We arrived later than dinner time but they had food for us waiting which was lovely. I'd definitely go back to this hotel if I ever revisited Benidorm. The food was splendid and it was very clean.

I will go back to the flash hotel another year it was in a very good location the hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly the food was good and a good selection to choose from the rooms was clean and everyday clean towels very happy with overall holiday
