Hotel Servigroup Castilla

Stayed for 10 nights could not fault this hotel, food, rooms, service all excellent. Quiet location but close enough for the nightlife. Plenty of sunbeds and quiet around the pool.Rooms were cleaned daily

Reception welcomed us with open arms. The room was spotless, comfy bed, safe, fridge. Great shower. The food was of excellent quality hot and plenty of choice. The pool area on two levels one for the swimmers and a patio for ardent sun bathers. As for the staff they were brilliant, friendly and helpful. Special mention for Jackie on reception who bends over backwards to help if needed.

This a great hotel is very clean and the food is of a high standard. The hotel is set away back from the new town but a 5 mins stroll gets you to the beech and all the night life. All staff are very friendly and help full beds and towels changed daily. Personaly I always have a room facing the pool and onn the 11th floor no body's wakes u up moving furniture around we all had that I am sure. Excelant pla e to stay this year is my 10th year and all being well there next year. Group of us booked with jet2 for festival.

My wife & I have now been to this hotel 5 or 6 times in the last 3 years and cannot find a better hotel with regard to excellent service from all staff,including cleanliness,food quality,friendliness of staff and close to the lovely beach all the local amenities.. We have been so pleased with our previous stays that we have already booked for Feb. 2019. Brilliant hotel.

fab hotel. good food and it is always HOT.. rooms are spotless staff fantastic. if I was to pick a down side it would be the bar. over priced and next to no entertainment. but rio park 10 mts away with all the entertainment you need defo go back

Just returned back from our holiday it was more than what we expected, hotel was great so chilled my 9 year old daughter loved it the staff where great, cannot do enough the only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is nothing is perfect put one of the best I have stayed in when being away No rush for beds in morning that’s never heard of when being on these types of holidays The entertainment through the day was chilled just right and plenty of fun. Will most defiantly consider this pace when returning back to Benidorm Food was great plenty of choice everyday, my family had no complaints, great break thanks to all the staff

Great Hotel especially for more mature couples, spotlessly clean lovely food,rooms probably a little dated but does not detract from from the holiday st all. Situated in a good quiet area nice walk to the beach.

Stayed in this hotel just recently. Service and amenities were all good. The hotel is set in a quiet road away from the main strip which was great. Just a few minutes walk and you can be in the middle of everything. The staff in the hotel were all lovely and it was very clean and well maintained. Choice of food was really good. My one and only negative is that water was not provided with your evening meal, it had to be purchased. Just that one thing would have made a top class review.

Could not fault the hotel could fault the rooms as only average furniture not good enough for a 4star rated hotel .The hotel itself was excellent the food was very good could not fault it .The cleanliness was also excellent .The only disappointment was the room .The location I thought was very good in a quiet part of Benidorm not to far from the promenade and not to far from the old town and just a short stroll from the nightlife
