decided on a new year break to Benidorm .... we had looked at this hotel in passing many time so decided to give it a try ... On entering the hotel the young ladies at check in were friendly, welcoming and very helpful, our room with a sea view was perfect in every way,, the food at both breakfast and evening was well presented, good quaility and well cooked with plenty of choice, hotel position could not be better ... enough to say we will be visiting INNSide again

Our room was spacious and clean. We had an nside room but we were lucky enough to see the sea from our balcony (side view). The breakfast was just ok! It was only luke warm and you had to queue for eggs! The pool area was small, but as it wasn’t sun bathing weather this did t really matter. However, in summer I you might struggle to get a sun bed. The hotel was near the Old Town so location was brilliant and it overlooked the sea and beach. We would definitely stay here again in the Winter months.

Unfriendly restaurant staff that were intimidating, however the food was amazing. Cleaning staff lovely and beds made up every day clean towels whenever we wanted them. The pool area however was not very good the sunbeds were too close together so much so you could not use them without climbing over someone and you could not get to the pool if you had a bed next to it, never seen this type of set up so used the beach every day instead.

This Hotel is in a great location, we had a nice comfortable room with a full seaview and a lovely bathroom,which was well worth the exta cost the majority of staff were really nice especially reception,food was the usual buffet style which was perfectly acceptable,5mins walk to Old Town

this hotel is in a good location and the staff are very friendly..the hotel is very nice and clean and the entertainment (tho the same duo every night of the week)...is very good ...the bar staff are excellent...unfortunately the restuarant is not so good ....breakfast is the same every morning...the choices never vary....the evening meals are of poor quality and again the choices hardly ever vary...we had to make a few complaints re. the restuarant e.g. meat and chicken not cooked properly(blood still in middle of it)...mouldy butter ...i could go on but suffice to say the restuarant is nowhere near 4 star .more 2 star.....if you are a celiac which is wheat intolerant this is not the restuarant for you .....the hotel is in such a good location and the staff are so good it's a pity that the restuarant does really let it down 0 0but...unfortunately the restuarant is dire ..

Very comfortable 4 star hotel in a great location right on the promenade with direct access to the beach. Fantastic sea views ( when you pay the upgrade ) but well worth the extra. The staff were all very pleasant & helpful, room cleaned every day. Rooms have a nice modern feel. Food was of a good standard with lots of choices. Location fantastic for bars, nightlife and eating out. Would return to this hotel tomorrow if we could.

Great hotel. Fantastic location. Restaurant bright and airy. Lovely food especially breakfast. Rooms spacious and clean. Nice bathroom. Wanted sea view but was extr €20 per person per night which was bit excessive especially as there were empty rooms.

we stayed for 10 days in September and enjoyed the holiday and hotel very much. It was very clean, Food was very good and always plenty of tables in the restaurant. It was very central and being on the front expected more noise but I can honestly say there was no noise and we did not see any trouble with stag and hen parties, the police were always driving along the front which I thought was very good. One complaint I had about the hotel is that there was not enough sunbeds and I think they could have got a few more in if they had taken some of the table and chairs out during the day. Also the entertainment at night got a bit monotonous with the same duo on every night singing mostly for the Spanish.

Nice rooms and bathroom good cleaning services. No sun at all on balconies at back of hotel. We would have paid the extra for sea view if this had been made clear to us. Food was fine good service in restaurant. Entertainment very limited and catered for the majority of guests who seemed to be aging Spaniards. Pool too small and nowhere near enough loungers. Sign up telling people that it was against the rules to reserve them but then saying if they did it wasn’t the hotel’s fault! Wouldn’t stay here again.

My husband I have just arrived back from 7 days at this hotel we were on a B&B basis with a sea view which is a must. What can I say what a fantastic hotel we found the staff very helpful and friendly our room was cleaned and fresh bedding every day only down side I can say it would be nice to have more English speaking channel's though we're not there to watch TV. Entertainment was good as was the bar staff as the week went on we didn't need to order our drinks they knew what we took and it was on our table excellent overall perfect hotel and highly recommend Thanks for making our holiday great
