There where flies all over the food we got ill , terrible entertainment at night and none threw day got told to be quite at 11.30 at night for just talking on balcony we had to eat out due to flies on food

Nothing bad to say, it does what it's meant to do by providing a place to stay in a clean environment. bar prices the same as local pubs therefore not ripping you off when having a few pints in the hotel. Only down side would be the restaurant, we only had breakfast whee selection was poor, tables not cleaned quickly enough and had to wait for plates/cutlery to be replenished as well.

This hotel is very clean the staff on the whole are friendly, the rooms are adequate but the balcony in our room was far too small .... only one person at a time could sit out on the balcony in comfort. The food in this hotel leaves a lot to be desired - it was never hot and the quality and choice were only average, not at all what you would expect from a 4 star hotel.

Great hotel nice polite staff apart from one miserable bar man. The food was a big let down not cooked properly and no vegetarian option. The hotel itself was nice clean and rooms were ok size I had a room to myself and it was big with a nice view. My 2 friends who were sharing had a room next to mine which was quiet small and not a good view. Only 1 bar and 1 barman working. There were other hotel guests that complained about 1 bar man he was very rude and never greeted anyone seemed like he did not want to be there it takes alot for me to complain but I did as he was the only one out off all the staff that was rude.

Our check in was simple which gave a great start to our holiday - especially the glass of cava. Room was very basic. Rips in the curtains and blankets and a small hole in the chair cushion. Otherwise it was clean. Our room also had a lot of ants but so did the area as a whole so this could be a lloret problem rather than a hotel problem. The walls are paper thin between the rooms, and our room was right above the bar so we heard the music blaring until past midnight some nights. Not really a problem for us but could be an issue for young families. The All Inclusive option was a bit repetitive but all of the food we tried was good, albeit there weren't a lot of vegetarian options other than salads. The service from both the chefs and other staff was excellent. Who I think was the restaurant manager kept everything running smoothly during busy times and the restaurant staff were credit to the managers and owners of this hotel. Unfortunately, the bar staff were not the same. Very slow service with only one person usually serving at a time. One of the barmen were excellent and quickly served everybody whilst being friendly still. The other barman was very slow and seemed more interested in the girls that were coming in rather than serving drinks. The website also said that cocktails were included on the AI option - one cocktail is and the others are all charged at a premium (still a lot cheaper than other bars in the area) Location is excellent although the beach is a shingle beach. I probably wouldn't stay here again but it's okay for a budget holiday.

We arrived at the hotel we were offered champagne and mints, the staff were really friendly offered us to go for a snack as we had been traveling. The room was beautiful and clean, opened the sliding door to find we were on a roof terrace with a bar! The young man on the bar Arnau, was polite, attentive, friendly, always seemed interested and forever smiling. He was a joy to talk to and he made our honeymoon that much more enjoyable so thank you to him. There was only one day out of 11 we didn't like the tea time food but it was a theme night and we are not fish lovers. Nothing against the food as each night it was lovely. All in all our experience of this hotel was lovely would go back again for definite! Thank you!

the hotel was spotless. We had maids and clean towels every single day the staff were very friendly and very helpful. The hotel was mainly for either Spanish or German not many English but this was not a problem but obviously the food was catered for this nationality as we were only B and B this was very sufficient. What I found really astonishing was the friendliness to small dog owners and as an animal lover I welcomed this they were able to stay in the hotel with their owners but this was only apparent when they were taken out you would never know otherwise. In all an excellent holiday and lovely hotel.

This hotel is. Excellent,rooms are lovely ,power shower is fantastic ,handy having a fridge in your room .The in this hotel are friendly couldn't do enough for their guest .we just had bed and breakfast which was very good there was very thing you could off freshly cooked eggs ,pancakes and omelettes.The hotel is in a position right across the road from the beach .

Fantastic hotel. Lovely helpful staff. Room was cleaned every day. The happy team were fantastic especially with my 2 boys throughout the day. Lots of activities for adults to do too including archery and shooting. The food was nice and plenty of options.

The hotel is located very close to the beach and is within walking distance from city center. Helpful and cheerful staff. Room was cleaned daily. The Hotel could do more with vegetarian food options for lunch and dinner.

A few things were broken in the room, most of the staff wasn't helpful and was very rude, pool was dirty, food was disgusting, all inclusive was rubbish, 1 receptionist and 1 bar lady was the most helpful in the whole hotel, the manager is also rude
