Ohtels Belvedere & PortAventura Theme Park

Booked this hotel last minute. I went with this hotel over a similar priced one as the reviews for the kids entertainment looked good. In fact there was nothing for the kids. The very odd time then entertainment staff would come round asking the adults to play darts or bingo round the pool. The kids weren't allowed inflatables in the pool. One life guard was more interested in her phone rather than watching the kids in the pool. People were smoking around the pool side despite there being no smoking signs. They advertise a mini disco but it was just one of the daytime entertainers dressed as a clown. With very quiet back ground music. The hotel was full of old Spanish ladies who are extremely rude ( however this is not a reflection on the hotel itself) The food was awful and not catered for kids at all. My kids lived on bread, pasta and chips for our whole Stay. There was chips and mixed veg on offer at breakfast!!!! Crazy The staff don't speak very good English, there's always a que at reception desk but seems to take 3 members of staff to serve one person. All in all you get what you pay for, the hotel was clean enough and I can't expect mich more for the price we paid but with a few easy tweaks it could be so much better. The hotel opposite The H10 Salauris palace looked amazing, our balcony overlooked their pool and evening entertainment which was amazing. Slots going on through the day and night so much so that we spent most nights at their hotel or sitting on our balcony watching their entertainment.

Noisy room, could hear other rooms toilets, showers and dragging round beds, loud neighbour hotels during day and evening, staff OK but not friendly. Room cleaned daily and beds made, good location for portaventura and Ferrari land plus town, Food is boring choices, same stuff each day and not hot, either warm or cold. Noisy air con unit in room.

A big thank you to everyone at Ohtels Belvedere for making us feel welcome and for looking after us.We found the hotel to be clean with good facilities. Meals were well catered for and generally the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we had some illness during our stay (which we do not believe was anything to do with the hotel) and the staff and cleaners were exceptional in helping us and cleaning our room. We would definitely return here.

This is our 3rd stay at this hotel and cannot fault a single thing. The staff are frindly and helpful, everything is kept incredibly clean with the rooms cleaned daily, the restaurant serves a huge choice of delicious food and there is even a fridge in the rooms. Will definitely be going back again.

Spent a week here last month. Nice hotel but room was a bit tired, needed redecorated, was quite small, could have been cleaned better, pool was freezing and WiFi was awful. However the pool area restaurant and bars were really well looked after. Only was bed and breakfast but really good choices so you didnt have to have same every day. Would expect in summer few more issues as pool area small for hotel size. Great location near bars and shops and Port Aventura/ Ferrari if you wanted that. Worth a visit

This was our second stay at the Belvedere hotel. Had a lovely stay, food outstanding staff very friendly and helpful. Will be going back. Location is excellent for theme parks and for the beach and town.

Overall pleasant hotel staff polite, entertainment team good for children. Central location within walking distance of beach and port aventura. Would definitely visi Salou and hotel again. Good good good choices and variety each night with different themed evenings
