Haydarpasha Palace

This hotel looks absolutely stunning both inside and out. Our luggage was transported to our room for us. Our drinks were topped up in the room every day and one day when they weren’t someone was up to top them up in seconds. Staff work so hard and do their best to serve drinks at dinner. Waterpark in the hotel was fun and my 10 year old loved it! Evening entertainment was the best I’ve seen so far. Every night was different and we stayed for 10 nights. This is the first hotel where I’ve seen people retouch the paintwork and clean the skirting boards in the corridor and clean the lifts. Impressive! The food was very repetitive. Breakfast was awful so we skipped that and had lunch at the pool bar. The jacket potato chicken salad pizza and waffles were a lovely option. At dinner most meals were full of salt so we had everything fresh from the grill. Some people were rude, pushing and shoving and arguing over food at peak times so we went for dinner at 20:30 when things weren’t as chaotic. Cocktails were bog standard so I asked for strawberry syrup in my mojitos and my 10 year old had the mojitos without the alcohol which were lovely. If the food was better and the guests weren’t as rude I would have given this hotel 5 stars.

This was a lovely stay for a week with the family. The staff are amazing and the rooms are immaculate. There's plenty of activities for the kids to do and you can never be hungry as there is always food available. Beach is a short walk under a bridge connected to the hotel. Would recommend!

Stunning hotel with great food in a beautiful location. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Facilities are excellent and place is spotless. Was there for 2 weeks and has a great holiday. Would definitely recommend

This hotel is 5star luxury. Food is excellent. Rooms gorgeous, friendly staff. Everywhere is spotless. I can't fault this hotel anywhere. We will definitely be back. Thank you Haydarpasha palace for a wonderful holiday

Amazing hotel, staff go out of their way to help you. Lovely big family room, plenty of space for us. As part of the all inclusive deal all the drinks in the mini bar were free in our room and refilled daily. Lots of great pools and things to do at the hotel. Lots to explore around the hotel and a short journey away. Would definitely recommend and we'd love to go back again.

Great hotel looks amazing and in a good location. The hotel had Great spa facilities defiantly worth a visit. The Turkish himam is awesome. Great range of food and plenty of it but lacks a little flavour though. The pools were very clean and good facelities. Supervision at he water slides is limited so you need to keep an eye on your kids. Beach is clean and great facelities available with plenty of sunbeds. Awesome hotel, the only thing that let's it down is the rude evening reception staff who speak no English and poor dinner service. The staff around the hotel were very helpful, kids entertainer Ghokan is a top guy, my kids loved his shows. Hassan, Kabeer and itaj very helpful and speak great English.

Terrible service, staff are rude.So we asked the manager if we could catch a bus to time centre and he said no buses go there only taxi.So we end up catching a taxi that cost around £7.50.And while in the taci i noticed a few buses driving down the same road.So the next day i asked the manager again can i take the busq to time centre he said no, only taxi.Then i walked around 200 meters to the main road and took the bus to time center which cost me 60 pence.Lying manager bunch of crooks trying to rob us of our money.

An amazing holiday, rooms were magnificent and very spacious Staff were very friendly indeed and always went the extra mile. The food and choices also five stars. . The hotel was a five six star with a six star service. This holiday was amazing and plenty to do for all the family and for all age ranges. Rooms cleaned every day towel cards also provided every day, the hotel is right on the beach front and is also private with a a wide range of activities. All I can say about this hotel, location and Staff is truly magnificent. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone You really don't know what you are missing.

The hotel is stunning, rooms are 5 star with plenty of room and very clean. The food however, could be improved, same thing everyday gets a bit repetitive after 3 days. The queues in the restaurant reminded me of feeding time at the zoo, with many guests having little or no knowledge of how to queue, it was the same at the bar too, people pushing in front with no concern for the people waiting to be served and only 1 person serving whilst having 3-4 members of staff washing glasses!
