Small hotel , nice spa Some very friendly staff, Food became very repetitive and evening meal would struggle to find a table.. Customer relations excellent . Rooms good size however not all room maids as thorough and you could tell which maid had cleaned the room.

We were so looking forward to this break as we do not usually do All inclusive. Well. It started when we arrived. Unfortunately it was late so we missed the midnight buffet. But we were taken through to the restaurant. We thought they may have made us some sandwiches. No! we were offered cold soup and very dried out pasta. We gave it a miss. The room was very nice and clean so we were pleased with that. I purchased the in room safe on arrival as I had been told on a review I had seen that they were not part of the deal. It did not work. We had to wait in the room whilst the maintenance people came to sort. This happened again on our last day as we were getting ready to leave. Anyway we made our way to breakfast. I would say that this was the most disappointing meal available. What we did notice was the hotel was Dominated by Russians. I always try to be pleasant with whoever I come across. Please do not waste your time with them. They are extremely unpleasant rood people. We enjoyed our lunch with plenty of choice. We tried to book the special meal that was supposed to take place in the white room. We did this on the Monday and were the first to book that week for the Thursday evening. Thursday came and we were hunted down by Ilkay who was very pleasant. She told us there was an issue with the air con in the room and that she would have to cancel the meal. Not to worry stuff happens. Unfortunately come evening the room was packed with people eating and drinking. I spoke to her the following day to be told that the people in the room were management having a meeting. My wife and I were really looking forward to the trip. We did our best to make the most of what was on offer. By the way there is only one restaurant truly available to you on a daily basis. They convert the beach restaurant at night by putting white table cloths on the tables, but you get one visit free then after pay if you wish to go again. We stuck with the buffet restaurant as there was plenty of choice. The adults only swimming pool was a bit of a joke. Once again our Russian friends decided that if they wanted their children to play in it they would. The staff did very little to stop this. The sign saying adults only was completely ignored at all times of day. The staff we came across were very pleasant and always had a smile on there face. The maid kept our room clean and tidy. I would not recommend this hotel for British holiday makers you will be disappointed.

Excellent holiday, very clean hotel, facilities excellent. Varied menus. Staff very friendly and helpful. We were an adult party and took full advantage of the adult only infinity pool which was just bliss quiet and wonderful view to the see. 1st visit to Turkey but would defiantly return

Hotel was very clean and had modern facilities, outdoor pools were really nice but freezing, very little evening entertainment for adults or children, apart form a mini disco, which was unsuitable for 11 & 14 year old. Family room had a double bed, single bed and camp bed, which sagged in middle, we asked for a larger room, no rooms available with sea view apparently although the hotel was very quiet. We had to pay £200 to upgrade 2 a 2 bedroom. Only one restaurant was open, a la carte was not open as hotel had only reopened the week before, very limited choice of food. We weren't made aware of this. Staff were friendly in bar once you tip them. Snack bar was good and made fresh pizzas. Doubt very much we would return to this hotel.

Fabulous and modern hotel. Great daytime and night time entertainment (pool party, beach party and acrobat show are well worth going to). Lovely sized rooms with reasonable view, very clean with maid service daily. Excellent aircon. Very friendly and helpful staff. Huge range of food, drinks not so much (beer i could drink all day with little effect). Rarely queued for drinks. Restaurant very busy at peak times but this is obviously to be expected. Great snack bar options especially the fresh waffles. Good spa facilities. Various chill out places and access to very small private beach. Had to get sunbeds at pool very early but always lots of beds in other areas throughout the day. Very close to shops, atm etc and also local bus service to nearby towns.

Lovely hotel, the food and drink choice is good. The staff are friendly and helpful and the entertainment is ok, really enjoyed the night pool party : ) The only let down was the hotel as two lifts and for the whole of our 10 night stay, one didn’t work! So with a full hotel and only one working lift that wouldn’t take more than 3/4 people, getting to your room and back was a nightmare unless you wanted to take the steps every time. But other than that, no other complaints about the hotel. Location, there is a center not far from the hotel with shops but not really any other bars ect.
