Melissa Gardens

We arrived very late at night and the staff quickly made us welcome and made us a late night snack. We were shown to a room which on first inspection looked ok. However, the room was facing the road and it was impossible to sleep but the following morning the hotel changed our room. The second room was not on the road so was a bit quieter. The air conditioning was payable locally which was fine as we knew that before we went. However, the air conditioning is not in all rooms of the apartment so that wasn’t great. The hotel offered free sun beds on the beach was was great and only a short 10 minute walk. The food was okay but not great so we only ate there one night. 2 of our friends were in room 11 which was next to a bar which played loud music and karaoke until 3am. It was impossible to sleep until the music finished. The pool area looked ok but never used it as went to the beach every day. The staff are helpful.

Can’t praise the staff enough, especially Elvis and the restaurant staff. They go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Two bed apartment very spacious and having stayed here 3 years ago was a very pleasant surprise to see air con now in main bedroom as well as main living area. Even though we had not been here for the last 3 years(all down to the pandemic) the staff recognised my family which is amazing considering the amount of people who come and go each year. Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back. We absolutely love Melissa Gardens and Side.

We had the best week at Melissa Garden's in April. The staff are so welcoming and can't do enough for you. We didn't just get along with them We made friends for life. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the centre of all the bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. When we arrived in the early hours Alp was on reception to greet us and handed us both a sandwich which after a long day of travelling was greatly appreciated. We had booked a 1 bedroom apt and he upgraded our room to a 2 bedroom apt with pool view. We were on the 2nd floor and the view was lovely. The room was absolutely massive and we were pleasantly suprised considering we didn't pay much for our week in Turkey. The food was excellent and the chef really took pride in his work. Tom the bartender made amazing cocktails and Ramazan, one of the waiters really made us feel comfortable and Ahmet on reception was also lovely to us. All in all this hotel is absolutely spot on for what we wanted. The staff really made our holiday an unforgettable experience and we can't wait to go back. We have already booked again for August this year for 10 nights as 1 week just wasn't enough!

Three generations of my family stayed at Melissa Gardens in June 2019. The staff at the hotel are fantastic, friendly and welcoming, with a special mention to Yaz, Mehmet and Dennis the manager. The hotel itself needs a bit of tlc

We arrived late at night and were shown to our apartments which were spacious. We had asked for one on the ground floor as our friend had limited mobility. Though it was on the ground floor it was up a steep ramp and across a small road. So the next morning they moved our friend to another apartment closer to reception and the pool. There were still a few steps to navigate at the entrance but it was much easier. Staff pleasant and helpful, food reasonable and good standard

Just back from melissa gardens and lovex ecery minute of it deniz and staff are all brilliant i would highly recomend it to anyine we had such i great time there we are going back next year as i have disabled sister with us all the staff were great with her especially we jimmy alias memitt 10 out of 10 for everything and room are spotless

As a couple we were here in middle of July. Had a fantastic holiday. Met loads of great people. Everyone who works in the apartment are very friendly. Food excellent 'Joseph ' stop trying so hard LoL rooms were basic but very spacious only down side to my stay was the air con. I think it needs to be upgraded!! Or be in with the booking price. I would love to return here one day. Put your room prices up & upgrade the air con & I would def be back every year. Diane & Ronnie Scotland. We arrived late evening and the staff made short work of showing us to our room. The room was in the block at the back across the road which was away from the main bar and restaurant. The staff were very helpful and pleasant throughout the 10 days. We had visited before in 2011 and felt a bit let down by the lack of entertainment on a night. The food was just as good as I remembered it to be

It was a very nice apartment to go great trip in total arzu our jet2 holiday rep was amazing told us were the shopping centre was and lovely places to visit on our trip the only problem was in the room was had no television witch was hard to keep my 2 year old busy first thing in the morning and the last thing at night and also having to pay for air conditioning really they should take it into consideration to people that are not used to this sort of heat but i would advise this holiday to Melissa garden to friends and and family loved every moment of it , thank you
