Inturotel Esmeralda Garden

After a very lengthy transfer from the airport nearly 90 minutes feeling tired and a little fed up we arrived at the Esmeralda Garden And our room wasn't ready it was 1pm ! After 30 minutes we were then allocated a room in the annexe over the road from the hotel complex. Room was above a shop and the view was to a cafe/karaoke bar. We asked to be moved to the main hotel complex and within 20 minutes secured a room on the ground floor of the hotel with a view of the garden. This was good - very quiet and no through traffic. Had some very peaceful good night sleeps. Would stay again. Hotel nice and clean even though the bed linen I believe was only changed once in the week. Towels changed regularly. Good facilities in room. Powerful hairdryer in bathroom. Apartment spacious. Slight niggle one morning we slept in and cleaner was knocking on door at 9.45.

These apartments are clean and basic. They are as roomy and as described in the brochure/website and are ideally located for different beaches, bars, restaurants and entertainment. Our only grumble was that the pool bar closed at 6pm so there was no where to socialise with other residents staying in the apartments and there was no alternative but to go to other bars..... All music stops at 12 am so there is no late partying! On our first morning we found all the sunbeds had been reserved by towels (by 08.30! ) but once the lifeguard arrived they put notices on any unattended sunbeds and removed the towels shortly after which seemed to deter people reserving them again ! The food and drinks in bars/restaurants was more expensive than expected and seemed to increase the closer to the marina that you got. A lot of the menus are very similar but the food is ok. I would go back here......

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, close to the main resort for meals, close to the kids parks. Clean and tidy. Only issue was some days pool loungers were 'reserved' with towels and left unused but the lifeguard occasionally went and removed so we were usually able to get somewhere.

When we arrived at reception we were kept waiting over 20 minutes whilst the receptionist dealt with another couple.We would have been ok with this had the lady apologised for keeping us waiting but no apology was made and no eye contact made so this is the reason for the low marks on service.However apart from that we was happy with the hotel,the rooms were kept clean and tidy and we was always able to get a sunbed round the pool.The hotel is in a great location near to all the restaurants and bars .We booked on a room only basis so unable to comment on the food although the snack bar by the pool did nice snacks but there are loads of places nearby that are cheaper for the same things.We have already booked to go back here September 2017 and hope to get a poolside room. This is a good value hotel as you can also use the facilities in the Esmeralda Park.

Lovely good size room with enough pots etched for self catering, housekeeping brilliant. Didn't have a problem getting a sun bed even tho some people reserved them but didn't use them, the usual grumble. The sister hotel had some good entertainment shows. Small lovely beaches close by kept very clean. Found a fab local supermarket, go left out of accommodation and its w mins up the road on the roundabout. Resort very calm and relaxing and a short walk to another part that's more hustle and bustle with lots of shops and restaurants. Would not think twice about returning

The room was okay and very central. It was over a bar and facing a lovely karaoke bar. The resort itself was not very big and we found it quite expensive. The weather was good (we went in August) so the pools at the hotel was packed.

Lovely clean well maintained accommodation,staff friendly,housekeeping excellent.Always managed to get a subbed round pool and having the use and facilities of sister hotels great.enjoyed some of the shows the entertainers put on.great location for beach and a short walk to the main centre full of Shops bars and eating places.
