this was our 7th visit to this hotel it is tops with us bars staff very good maria jorge and andres also rooms kept tidy and clean great choice of food once again entertainment was good will be back again next year all the best to hotel for the future thanks again

Santa ponsa lovely, weather lovely, hotel poor, food poor and cold, room, balcony and shower very small, entertainment very poor also. Staff do their best in a very tired hotel, myself my wife and some guests we met spent more time eating out even though we were all inclusive. Could not wait to get home and will not return to this hotel ,

Cant really complain about anything apart from entertainment wasn't great, but the staff were friendly and helpful, food was good, a lot of people were complaining about the food but I found it fine think some people just like to complain and you really get what you pay for.

Stayed here for a week in June and had a lovely time. Like most of the other reviews states the shower is a bit small but we managed the room was cleaned every day and it was a good size. We were overlooking the football court and had the sun on the morning which was lovely. The food and drink were of a high standard and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was nice lots of sunbeds. The entertainment was OK just the usual, quizzes, bingo kids disco and a couple of nights acts brought on. Overall we had a great holiday and met a lot of lovely people. I would definitely go back to this hotel again.

the meals were poor, not a lot of choice we had to have lunch and snacks across the road only went there four times in twelve days, for lunch and never for snacks. same food for lunch over road as dinner at our hotel.It was like a cattle market.also you dont want to be wandering out eleven at night for snacks.the pool area was mostly grass and bare soil only stayed by pool one day feet were dirty after shower from pool.only three umbrellas for all of the pool area also packed like sardines, no where to put your drinks between sun loungers.we paid to use beach facilities. the pools them selves were very good.entertainment was also good on show nights.the bar staff were excellent,as were the rest of the staff.rooms very basic could do with refurb. shower cubical very small ,turn the wrong tap on / off you had no chance of getting out of the way. would not stay at this hotel again.once again could not fault any of the staff.

Basically it's what you expect from a three star hotel Pros Staff helpful and friendly Food fine and good choice Very clean Children's entertainment excellent Good choice of daytime activities Niggles Not enough parasols as very hot and everyone wanted to be in the shade Bathroom very small and only small shower cubicle no bath You had to go to sister hotel for lunch and snacks and restaurant was very busy with queues for a table and staff rushed off their feet You got free wifi for one hour a day and it had to be taken in one go otherwise six euros a day Tip Ask for a room with a pool view as other rooms overlook the street Would I go again? Yes if could have free wifi all the time

Stayed at the santa ponsa park for 2 nights as our rooms in the playa were not ready so when we moved it was not as nice as we had been upgraded still a pleasant hotel though would go again as the staff were great and the location is ace entertainment was OK with 3 hotels to choose from

Wasn't sure what to expect with it only being a 3 star but our expectations were completely exceeded. Hotel was clean and well maintained, rooms were spacious and cleaned every day. Food was varied every day (we were there for 10 days and had no repetitive mealtimes) dining room and bar staff were very friendly. Snack bar was great and available all day if you hadn't worked up an appetite during the set mealtimes. The only complaint I could make was for the 'kids club' I wish I had a job like it! The kids entertained themselves whilst the reps sat and chatted or text on their phones. The area of the kids club was great and the adult activities each day were great, such a shame this effort couldn't have been reciprocated in the children's area. Also barely spoke to any English children that attended the area preferring to chat with the foreign children if they bothered at all. One guy made and effort with all the children and my little girl thought he was great 👍 Otherwise poor effort from the others. As the pool area was so great this kept the kids entertained enough so as not to have to rely on the kids club. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and am hoping to return with my family later on this year 👍👍

hotel brilliant just about 150m to the lovely beach, meals were to a high standard,the staff werevery pleasant and very helpful,checking in so easy,you were made to feel welcome and not as it was just a job to them. this was the second time to santa ponsa park and we will go back again.

We've been going to this hotel for 20 years and just keep going back. Always go all inclusive because of the excellent value, selection of food & drink. Dont usually leave a review but decided to as there are negative ones out there and trust me, if the holiday/hotel wasnt good, i would be complaining. Returning year after year says it all. Great reception from all the staff throughout the hotel. Victoria on reception was really helpful when there was no confirmation of our pickup time sent through. Rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels - our cleaner Rochio (hopes thats correct - room 350). Arrived into the room to find a complimentry fruit basket and bottles of water. Dining room staff are very friendly too. Manuel who has been at the Playa which seems like for years now, is over at the Pionerio too is a future resturant manager (hope the Globales management read this) as he has an excellent way with everyone!). 10 out of 10 and im sure we will back again in 2017!
