Reverence Life Hotel

Hotel was lovely and very clean. It was spilt into 4 blocks so we were separated from our family. However we were able to share a table at mealtimes. Also there were no sets of drawers in the room in our block which I found a bit annoying, but the room my Brother was in had these. Cant figure that one out. The food was good but could be a bit repetitive.unless you hot the food as it was brought from the kitchen it was sometimes a bit cold as the heating trays were too shallow. The Hotel was a short walk from what I would call the strip. But it was a nice walk down.

Sent 3 repeat emails to request a particular room on the 5th floor of the Sky Building, but yet to receive a reply. I have been in the hotel since 6/6/22 now 15/6/22. Phoned hotel and was assured by Dolores Milan that I would be allocated that room. On arrival I was allocated a room with poor outlook on the 2nd floor. I asked why I still have not received a reply to any of my emails. Even if specific room allocation is not possible at thia time, why were 3 emails not responded to? The communication response of the hotel is very poor, rather should I say none existent. Dolores Milan had assured me I could have a specific room on the fifth floor in a phone conversation less than a week prior to arrival but this was not fulfilled. I have been told that on my return in August, I will be allocated a room on the fifth floor, but no explanation was offered for the lack of response to 3 emails sent months prior to ETA. I reported a lack of English Language Channels on the TV on my arrival, Monday 6/6 but this was not responded to till the Thursday 9/6/. Once maintenance addressed the situation it was satisfactory. Gym is excellent and the grilled food in the buffet restaurant is cooked on demand, not left lying in heated trays. One female member of the restaurant staff on clearing the tables fails to ask if plates are finished or does so during the removal action. I had to stop her from removing the plate to which she appeared to mimic me. Extremely rude. Staff should be aware that they ask then remove finished items, not after or during said action. The Sky building bar staff are delightful, polite and very accommodating. The interact well with clients, as do most of the restaurant staff.

On arrival we informed our apartment was up a hill and no-one to take case's to our accommodation. Given the wrong hotel on arrival. Not impressed and the view from our balcony was a brick wall. Will not return again. Very overrated and staff unfriendly.

We were upgraded free on arrival. Room clean and very comfortable. Food; n the restaurant was excellent. Staff excellent. Cleaner faultless. Looking at booking next year's holiday already. No kids was the icing on the cake for us.

This Senses adults only hotel is superb. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room and facilities were excellent and kept clean. We booked half board, the food was excellent with so much choice. I would highly recommend this hotel.

A very good adults only hotel with very efficient and friendly staff. Very clean and modern, very stylish. Good pool area, plenty of sun loungers and good bar with food available. Good location for the beach and local restaurants. Good substantial buffet breakfast of a very high standard. Whilst we did not eat evening meals in the hotel, the menu was good and no doubt the food. When we return to Majorca next year as we meet up with friends who live in Palma, we will definitely go back to this hotel.

I had a great four night stay at Senses Santa Ponsa, I only had a few niggles (e.g. not being offered a glass of cava on arrival and being given the wrong wifi code!) but on the whole it was a very chilled place to stay. The breakfast was decent, and they catered well for my gluten intolerance, the staff were very friendly and all the food had allergens labelled. The dinners were hit and miss, but the glass of house wine at €2.50 made up for this! The poolside areas were really nice and I had an excellent massage with Sergio - much recommended! I went mid-week, which was a good move as a lot of hen parties/stag dos seemed to arrive at the weekend, which makes both the hotel and Santa Ponsa itself a lot noisier, so if you are looking for a decent peaceful solo break I'd recommend Senses.

Cleanest most efficient hotel ever stopped in. Staff very attentive and courteous, could not do enough to help. Supprised us with free bottle of Cava delivered to our free upgraded room for our double anniversary. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully return.

Only three couples arrived at hotel, they knew we were arriving, they could of had three rooms ready by 1 pm? Instead we told to go to snack bar and wait, we had all had early flights so that was annoying, also only one person on reception, maybe that’s why we didn’t get offered our complementary glass of cava? After that hotel was fab..
