Festa Panorama

Arrived around midnight and met by a friendly man at reception. Checked in quickly and went to the room. We had a one bedroom apt which was plenty big enough for a family of 3. Some of the furniture was a big dated but still very good condition. The bathroom was immaculate with a power shower and the apt was cleaned every day. 2 minute walk to the beach and 2 minutes walk to the main strip where all the shops, pubs, restaurants etc were. Would definitely go back

Festa Panorama is worthy of being called good. It is very clean and well run. The rooms are very adequate and are well kept. The bathrooms were always beautifully clean. The bed settees are good for one child, but a bit small for two children The food is well cooked but a little dull and repetitive. Breakfasts are the best meal. Certain foods disappeared after a few days as did Breakfast and Earl Grey tea bags. The pool and surroundings were very good and the Animation team enthusiastic. Generally the staff were very friendly and keen to assist when they realised that we were polite and friendly... unlike some of the guests!

A lot of niggly things, the pool towel system, the food and the lack of handrails in high risk areas, to mention just a few. The staff are lovely, very helpful and try very hard, but overall are let down by the lack of attention to detail.

Great location for visiting the old town of Nessebar, but that was the only positive. Poor security - fire doors constantly left open for anyone to freely walk in off the street. One guest had his watch stolen from the pool area, rumoured to be by another guest, but could just as easily have been a stranger. There are no security guards and nobody checks if you have a guest wristband or not. Rooms not cleaned properly - my sheets were only changed once during a 7-night stay and this was purely because I stripped off the sheet, duvet cover and pillowcases and left them on the floor in order to prompt the cleaners to replace them. Bathroom not cleaned all week, and room never hoovered. Air conditioning didn't work, spoke to other guests and they all said the same. Bar - only one bartender at the pool bar, and he frequently ran out of glasses as there was no-one available to collect the empty glasses and re-stock. Subsequently there was a constant huge queue at the bar. The night bar also ran out of glasses on several occasions.
