Very friendly and clean apartments Close to shops bars and restaurants about a 15 minute walk from the beach we have been here twice and going back in September staff are very helpful and friendly

Value for money apartment in good location for beach, bars & restaurants. Apartment allocated on arrival not up to usual Jet2 standard. It felt that we were last arrival &/or given last available apartment. Tatty fixtures & fittings, bathroom not as clean as should have been. Rear of apartment looked like a scrapyard. However after speaking to rep & reception were told we could change the next day which we did & this one much better. Was a nuisance having to pack & unpack again. Rating given en because given alternative otherwise would have been 2.

nice and quiet, friendly staff, relaxing holiday, close to restaurants, shops, and bars, beach within easy walking distance. Everything you need is very local, including car hire, booking trips and mobility scooters for those that have trouble walking.

The location is fine you are away from any noise but not to far from the sea front and all the shops and bars and restaurants. The pool area paint was flaking off the walls this could do with being done. The bar offers a good selection of food and drinks all at a good price.

This accommodation is very poor and is dated in its decor. The condition of the apartments could be improved greatly with some simple and cheap fixes and a structured maintenance programme. We suffered a very smelly bathroom and had issues with the entrance door lock not working to gain access when locked, even though we were given the correct keys. It was like travelling in the eighties. We won't be using Jet2.com again.

The apartments are in a quite good location,there's bars and shops on the doorstep but it's a 10/15 minute walk to the main square. The apartment we had was 316 which was on the ground floor and had a canny little garden with sun lounger and back window facing the pool. When we arrived pur apartment wasn't ready so we had to sit and wait for a good hour and a half which wasn't great when you have a son who is itching to get in the pool ECT. Found the reception staff to mostly be quite rude and abrupt and when you were coming and going didn't acknowledge you half the time, the sofa in the apartment was falling apart and inside of the microwave was dirty basically needs a lot of tlc. Overall Costa teguise is beautiful and we would definitely return but not here .

These are nice apartments within 10 minutes of the beach.Decent pool could be bigger but better than some.Nice little pool bar open 12-4pm for drinks and food.Nice staff very friendly.Clean rooms but lounge looking a bit shabby.Top floor terrace amazing for sun bathing and views. Ideal location. Towels and beds could have been changed a bit more often,but have stayed here twice now and ideal for me,and would return again.

Basic room, no air conditioning .Rooms need a major face-lift and provide adequate broom and pan set. Would go somewhere else on our next trip. Only good point was near shops, bars and beach was only a 10 minute walk

Our first visit to lanzarote and it was brilliant it was my 60th birthday and everything about it was fabulous our apartment's were spacious and close to everything we would definitely go back again even the weather was good for beginning of November we would recommend cactus jacks food and entertainment was excellent and very good prices and friendly waiters overall we had a fantastic holiday
