Ilunion Costa Sal

Stayed here for 4 weeks in January. One bedroom apartment had everything required for a long stay. Exceptionally clean, very comfortable furnishings, plenty of utensils even teapot. Sun lounger deposited on our terrace 15 minutes after speaking to reception. Reception very very friendly. Pools really nice. Really cannot fault and have booked again for next winter. Great promenade going either to Areciffe or Puerto del Carmen. Electric scooters for rental and great way to get about. Buses just outside reception on main road excellent too.

The reception staff started our holiday off on the right foot so friendly and helpful. Also our apartment was ready on arrival which due to the time of day was unexpected. We had the 2 bed apartment which which was on the 1st floor, I didn’t see any apartment blocks over 2 levels which is why there were no lifts. The pool isn’t heated but we knew this and were prepared to freeze as it was boiling weather. Our cleaner was very thorough and friendly (Fabiola). Would definitely recommend this location and apartments.

We had a lovely week in a great apartment. Facilities on site are good and plenty of bars and shops to walk to so there's no lack of interest in this place. Less able people can avoid the steps as there are many pathways to get around them.

Lovely holiday from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble. We were upgraded to a villa which was semi detached with it's own patio area, and that really made our holiday. There's acres of space everywhere, loads of sunbeds and great pools. The food was excellent and the drinks plentiful and well priced. We will definitely return.

Costa Sal Suites were great. Very clean and modern one-bed apartment with balcony over looking the pool. Very comfortable beds and pillows, everything we needed to make our holiday great, including friendly polite staff. One negative is that temperature of pool was a little cool and could do with being a few degrees warmer. Still deserves 5 stars, would highly recommend.

Stayed at Costa Sal for a week at half term with my teenage daughter. Gorgeous hotel, two lovely pools, excellent apartments, everywhere spotlessly clean. Good breakfast with lots of choice & the curry night was also very good. Shame the pool bar was not open but it was only February. Would recommend & would definitely stay here again.

Excellent apartment. Staff very friendly. Location is at quieter end of resort, but that suits our needs. Local restaurants and bars only 15 mins walk. Good bus system for further areas. Bar area in complex, seems to lack atmosphere, so tended not to use. Clearly our choice if preferring local bars and restaurants. Given timing of year, no issues with use of sunbeds and availability of. That said, our apartment were provided with sunbeds on our patio. So would not be an issue. Also sun facing for most of the day, which helps.
