Nautilus Lanzarote

Just what we wanted a relaxing week in the sun in a peaceful complex. We booked bed and breakfast, we didn't know that if we wanted a cooked breakfast it would cost an extra €9 each for each cooked breakfast. The beds and room were very comfortable. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment which was great. The pool was a bit on the cool side for me. I'm sure I saw Wim Hof refuse to go in for a dip one day.

Brilliant apartments so clean and everything you will need for a self catering holiday. Matagorda is a lovely low keyed resort great for family’s and older couples. We have been twice now and already booked for next March!

This was our fourth year in succession at this great resort and it was so good that we have already re booked for 2020- no more to be said! The location is near the beach( 5 minutes) and has a range of excellent restaurants nearby.

excellent. .good apartment in good location.did not have any special needs but good facilities if required. we missed a bar or any facilities as it would have been nice to have a drinkl when sunbathing or in the evening.

This is our 2nd time staying here, very clean, quiet and relaxing. Just what my family need for a 2 week break, lovely location and great staff. Hopefully will be back in the near future. Highly recommend.

The Nautilus is perfect in many ways. Near the airport about10Ks. 5 minutes from the beach in Matagorda, and not far from Puerto del Carmen. The Apartments at the Nautilus are excellent spotless and well furnished and the reception is also very good,any problems quickly sorted out. We hope to return this year

Very clean friendly staff lovely grounds will be back nice place to holidaywould recommend this as a great place to stay close to beach and bars restaurants pool area well served with sun loungers but just needs a bar sandwich area apart from that this complex is great for all family's and couples excellent for disabled as great access to rooms and swimming

Have been to Lanzarote a few times but this was our 1st time at this resort. We were delighted to have a villa at the back of the resort where we had total peace and quiet. Nice to have sun beds at patio area, didnt have any need to head to the pool. Great staff and maintenance guy very quick to sort our a couple of minor problems. Will def br back.

First class bungalows, lovely clean place. Could find no fault with accommodation bungalows have everything u need and they cater well for people with mobility problem's. Nice quite resort and only 5 mins walk to shops and restaurants and the beech

We stayed here for a week. It's really handy that it's right next to the airport, so the transfer time is very short! You can also watch the planes come in. The hotel itself is very well kept, our accommodation was spotless, the grounds are neat and all the communal areas are kept clean. The pool was a bit on the chilly side (it's meant to be heated) but it's clean and a decent size. There's lots of sunbeds around the pool. There's also sunbeds and chairs/tables outside each apartment. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and the reception staff are very fluent in English. The wifi in our apartment worked fine, no issues. The hotel is a little out of the main centre, but it's got a local shopping centre with plenty of bars, restaurants and small supermarkets. It's about 15 mins walk to the main centre of Puerto del Carmen. Would recommend hiring a car to see the rest of the island, there's loads of car rental places nearby and we got a really cheap deal. Overall it was a very nice holiday.

Second time to the same place so must be good, excellent for people with disability problems, breakfast a bit expensive, if you walk down the road only half the price. Only complaints, Rooms could be a little cleaner, especially the shower room. Also English channels not to good on television.

This property comprises a number of terraced buildings. Ours was a disabled access open plan living room and separate bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was a little pokey and not very well lit but was perfectly adequate although a few more food storage cupboards would have been useful. The property was very comfortable and the grounds were extensive and well looked after. The swimming pool was lovely too. The property is not far from the sea and a number of good restaurants. There is a small supermarket on site and other cheaper supermarkets nearby. We had absolutely no complaints. Although the airport is only a few miles away we were not disturbed by aircraft noise. We had a hired car which proved very useful for seeing the island economically.
