H10 Big Sur

Excellent hotel, staff very friendly and always on hand. Food is great and plentiful. We booked half board with lots or different options.. Very close to bars, restaurant and nice walk along promenade.

Lovely boutique hotel, good sized room, very clean. Excellent food. The best though was the staff, they were all so friendly and helpful! Nice touch of welcome cakes and even chocolate bunnies for Easter! Thank you!

Great hotel, great food with lots of choice, very friendly and helpful staff, good location on the sea front, pool was a good size, rooms were clean and tidy evening entertainment every night free of charge in the cactus bar, mini bar prices similar to bar prices. only downside was the air con was not cold enough

This hote is the best we have stayed in. On arrival we were greeted with a glass of Cava. The receptionist was very helpful and efficient. As we arrived too late for evening meal they had left us some food in our room and a bottle of cava. Our room though was very warm! Air con not cool enough! After 3 days we went to reception to explain problem. With no hesitation they offered us a sea view room which was much cooler and at no extra charge. Hotel and pool area very clean and staff friendly and efficient. There is a Sun terrace on the 8th floor which I highly recommend. Always a free Sun bed that are cushioned and so comfortable with amazing sea views. The food is excellent and varied. Can have cooked to order if preferred. Waiters friendly and efficient. Plates cleared off table as soon as you’ve finished a course. There are on going works on the promenade outside this hotel which can be quite noisy at times but hotel not to blame. This hotel is well positioned near beach,bars and shops. Shall definitely stay in this hotel again when visiting Tenerife in the near future.

Beautiful hotel with helpful staff. Pool area lovely as is the terrace. We were B&B and breakfast selection was great. You don't pay for drink at bar, it is charged down to room. Not used to this so we were careful. Only negative thing was air con. We couldn't get room cool enough

Excellent hotel. don't be put off by any of the negative reviews. It is in a good position for everything. Food very good with plenty of selection for vegetarians. Rooms clean and with good facilities. Evening entertainment is average. Staff very attentive.Would definitely go back here

This has been the most relaxing holiday. Fantastic hotel. The reception area is just stunning as is the restaurant and pool area. Very clean. The staff are just amazing. With it being a boutique hotel you felt you were not a number but very part of the Hotel. The one thing I would say is that if I ever go back I will get a room upgrade. We had a standard double room and it was very quiet (which we had asked for). When you leave they give you a courtesy room for half an hour if you have a late flight, this room had a sea view and was much bigger and a beautiful balcony. The area grew on me as time went on. Los Cristianos is getting upgraded and when the work is done I am sure it will be a big improvement. I liked the sort of laid back attitude there - went to Playa de las Americas and it is much more busier and jazzy! It depends what you want. We wanted 12 days relaxation and I cant recommend this hotel if this is what you want. I would love to go back!

Boutique hotel beside the beach in Los Cristianos was a superb choice for my first holiday abroad in years. Friendly helpful staff. Excellent choice of food for breakfast and dinner. Entertainment during the day by the pool and every evening in the bar. The roof top chill out areas with lovely views along the coast provided a peaceful alternative for sunbathing. Fresh towels every day for the sunbed by the pool and no saving sunbed. Have booked to go again this year.

Staff fine ..food not high quality breakfast quality ok dinner not so good location poor local noise from Ferry port rooms 3 star max cleanliness good however in real need of upgrade on bathrooms pool area very good bar very good entertainment typical holiday hotel level nothing special
