Narcissos Waterpark Resort

Had a lovely time but feel like the hotel was more a 3 star. Everything was a bit repetitive from the food to the entertainment. Room was lovely but had to be quick in the shower or the room would flood!!

Well where shall I start....upon arrival you are greeted by a car park which is in need of repairs. Not what you would expect from a recently refurbed hotel!! On our arrival which was at night we were left “dinner” in our room this was 2 slices of bread ham and cheese all of which were left on the side so were practically breathing by the time we arrived totally inedible. The hotel room is modern we had a 1 bedroom apartment which was clean apart from the consistent ants that appeared each day not only on the floor but the sofa bed, walls and kitchen top!! We even had the presence of a cockroach one evening!! The hotel food is horrible, I didn’t eat properly throughout my stay due to the fact I didn’t know what I was eating!! The snack bar closes an hour before the restaurant opens therefore if your hungry between 12-1 you have to starve! The snackbar food you can only eat in a designated area your not allowed to eat outside of it. The bar...well if you can call it a bar it’s basically a worktop with one beer pump! You have no idea what spirits they have or wine choices and the cocktails well don’t bother!! Brooke on the entertainment team did her utmost best to get everyone motivated however no one was interested. The hotel is full of Russians so if this is your first language great if not like us good luck!!On going home the toilet facilities downstairs are disgusting!! A black toilet rim and one shower and some ants and cockroaches to join you!! Reported to reception to be told the maids had gone home!! The water park is what it is. I would not recommend staying at this hotel at all!! If you’ve booked I’d change hotels now it will ruin your trip!!

This hotel had only been open for a month, it was spotless lovely appearance. Staff were absolutely great could not do enough for you. The hotel handy man had the patience of a saint, he visited our room on a daily basis due to our safe being on the blink, think teething problems as only just opened. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Best for families, the entertainment not great for adults more for children. The pool and slides are a great assist to this hotel. The only negative I will reluctantly give is there is nothing around this hotel apart from a couple of shops. We had to travel daily to more lively areas like Ayia Napa and Portaras. But I would stay here again as all the positives out way the one negative.
