Papantonia Hotel Apartments

The hotel is newly refurbished, the staff are friendly, professional. The rooms are bright and have everything you may need. The swimming pool and surrounding area is immaculately clean as is the hotel also. The food is all fresh and plenty of choice at each mealtime. The entertainment varies from nite to nite. The bar staff are friendly professional and courteous. A brilliant hotel and a thoroughly enjoyable holiday. Would recommend to anyone

The staff were so helpful and courteous. Especially the bar staff ola and Ivan. The reception team were also very helpful. The rooms were kept very clean by the housekeeping team. The only thing I would like to see improved would be the entertainment as there wasn't much for the kids but they still loved it.

We stayed in this hotel during August of 2018. The hotel has had a make over and we thought it was very comfortable and was cleaned with fresh towels everyday. Only disappointing thing about the hotel was the night time entertainment otherwise can not knock the hotel. Food was ok but very similar each day. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. There is a bar just outside called the station bar that has live entertainment in the evening and sport on in the day football etc etc.

Had a fantastic time at this hotel, All the staff in every area were lovely and very hard working, nothing was to much trouble for them. Reception, bar staff, restaurant workers and cleaners always helpful and cheerful. The food was what you would expect for a 3 star hotel. It could be better. The snack bar was excellent. Entertainment was poor but plenty of places to go out and visit,

Great hotel very freindly staff very clean and great location only thing that let my holiday down was jet2 the plane on way home was filthy and very unpleasant staff contacted customer service and got a very poor atemt at an apology from them but would highly recommend this hotel

Lovely hotel and very friendly staff who went out of their way to help. Room was a little dated but clean. Pool areas were not over busy. We were all inclusive and the selection of good was great. We had a great boat trip which was excellent value at 5 Euros each for 1 1/2 hours. We will definatly stay there again next year. Overall we had a great time with fantastic weather.

Hotel was good but air con in room301 didnt work very well spoke to reception but nothing happened entertainment day and night was great we was travelling with our children and grandchildren james did a fantastic job shake it up shake it up james food was good always something you could find to eat food at the pool bar was really good only problem for us was the male bar staff at the pool bar i found them to be unfriendly and could be quite rude but having said all that would i go back yes

Yes its true its a little dated. But u dont live in your room you just sleep in it. Jamie Animation Guy is Great with Kids. Theres always plenty of food 2 choose from. When the 1st serving comes out its a little cold so i always waited 10mins then it was hot. I would definitely recommend this hotel to people. i would also return here.
