Tsokkos Gardens Hotel

Lovely hotel very clean food was good not much in the way of entertainment also need something to tell people what is on so didnt know what was going on in the evening we used the station pub which is just around the corner from the hotel

Lovely hotel. Excellent customer service. Daily maid service. Towels changed daily. Both adults and kids loved entertainment. Lots of choice for food. Only niggle was not enough kids choice of food but there was a snack bar by the pool with burgers and chips so never went hungry Would definitely recommend for families.

Nice pleasant hotel close to beach, amenities and local restaurants and bars. Friendly staff, clean modern rooms, huge pool with plenty of sunbeds.Food very good with good selection and choices. Bars serve good selection of beers, spirits and cocktails.

This was the second time we had stayed at the Tsokkos Gardens Hotel and it will not be the last. We loved our holiday and find the friendliness of the staff at the Tsokkos Gardens Hotel makes it the ideal place for an extended family holiday. I read the reviews and thought I had made a mistake... but I found the reviews to be opinions. The hotel is great, the staff are fantastic. The rooms are clean and tidy and cleaned every day, fresh towels everyday. Great view of the pool,we were 4th floor and pool side. Standard rooms are comfortable for 2 adults and 1 child any more than that and I suggest you book a 1 bedroom apartment. There isn't much around the hotel except other hotels. Station pub is nice and the beach just down the road is lovely,great watersports too. I recommend a local restaurant named Kalamies- by the sea on Kalamies beach,book in advance as it will be full! Staff at the hotel are very helpful from maintenance to housekeeping to reception and the restaurant. Not much for older kids to do,there is table tennis and pool table and the day entertainment of water polo, water volleyball etc is good. Evening entertainment needs some work. Bingo is a laugh though! Food is typical all inclusive,there were lots of options the chef and team work really hard.... you can always find some thing to eat. Always 2/3 meat options, fish option, rice,pasta,evenings are themed, embrace more than the chips, lots of fresh salads and even soup. Breakfast is also fine,again there are cereals,full english style and continental, freshly made mini pancakes were a winner..last day... we didn't have wristbands taken so were free to enjoy our all incl until leaving- late flights. As we booked with jet2 we had use of the water park,this was fine but can be busy with paid customers and other hotels guests,also you can't use your all incl band so need to pay for drinks and that can be expensive- €9 euros for 2 water and 1 fanta. All in all,great holiday would book again.

Hotel not 3*+, very dated I need of a good referb but that reflects in the price, it's our second yr at this hotel and would love to stay again but found the pool area dirty and the sunbeds never got washed down, just the silly little touches. Staff and entertainment team are fabulous and overall we had a brilliant stay and holiday

Arrived 6 hours late due to delays and flight issues. Hotel accommodation basic, dated and the hotel rooms not large enough to accommodate more than 2 adults and one child. The extra beds they add into a double room are camp beds that are not suitable for an adult and obviously cramp the room. There were 6 wardrobe hangers, so most of the clothes were left unpacked. The cleaners called in briefly but didn't clean the rooms. The sheets were never changed all holiday. The towels were only swapped occasionally.The TVs either don't work or only 1 channel BBC world news. There is only wifi if you pay for it at a charge of 30 euros per mobile, it should be free. The reception staff were rude and unhelpful with our situation. Generally most staff were pleasant. The pools were great and entertainment for the children adequate. I've been visiting Cyprus for over 16 years, very expensive holiday...all inclusive...very poor value, had much better for a lot less money. Special thanks to Joe, Ivan and Chucky for making us welcome and laugh !!

Overall a nice hotel in a good location pools great. accomodation OK in need of a bit ot t l c but I would go back again little pub down the road opposite the hotel serves good quick lunch time food reasonably priced. entertainment the usual hotel stuff would have been nice to have some better quality entertainment food was good and a lot of choice only a short walk to beach Bars and shops
