All Passengers must hold a full and valid passport along with any necessary visas for the holiday.

Applicable if Extra Leg room/ Exit seats are requested – These seats are located in an emergency exit row and therefore passengers will need to be fully fit and able to assist the crew in the event of an emergency and this could include opening of the aircraft door. They must also be over the age of 14. (Please note - We are unable to offer extra leg room seats to passengers who have requested wheelchair assistance or have a medical condition which may mean that they are not able-bodied.)

Travel insurance is compulsory and must be arranged for all passengers on the booking prior to going on holiday.

If you cancel your trip more than 10 weeks prior to departure, you will lose your deposit. If you cancel your trip less than 10 weeks prior to departure then higher fees will be charged.

You will receive a deposit/payment confirmation via email in the next 48 hours /letter within the next 7-10 days (whichever is applicable), which will include an ATOL certificate, which you will need to take with you on holiday. If you do not receive this, then please call our Pre-Travel Services Team on 0333 300 0737.

The balance of your holiday will be automatically taken from the card you have paid with today.

If booking made with 71+ days to travel
Full payment of your holiday booking must be made 10 weeks before you go on your holiday. Following this, you will receive an email/letter 3-4 weeks before you travel with all the holiday vouchers, which you will need to take with you on holiday.

If booking made 70-29 days to travel
Full payment of your holiday booking must be made today. Following this, you will receive an email/letter 3-4 weeks before you travel with all the holiday vouchers, which you will need to take with you on holiday.

If booking made 28 days or less to travel
Full payment of your holiday booking must be made today. Following this, you will receive an email in the next 48 hours/letter in the next 7-10 days with all the holiday vouchers, which you will need to take with you on holiday.

The combination of travel services offered to you is a package within the meaning of the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018. You will benefit from all EU rights applying to the packages. Jet2holidays Limited will be fully responsible for the proper performance of the package as a whole.

Additionally, as required by law, Jet2holidays Limited has protection in place to refund your payments and, where transport is included in the package, to ensure your repatriation in the event that it becomes insolvent.

Essential information to enter England from overseas

Everyone entering England from overseas (including UK nationals and residents) must provide proof of a negative COVID19 test taken within 3 days of departure to England.

Fill in your Passenger Locator Form up to 48 hours before arrival. You must declare all countries you have visited or transited through in the 10 days prior to your arrival on your Passenger Locator Form.

Before departure check the list of red, amber, and green countries, as the list can change regularly.

Red list passengers

  1. Book a managed quarantine package
  2. Complete a Passenger Locator Form

You can only enter if you are a British or Irish National, or you have residence rights in the UK. You must enter through a designated port and quarantine in a government approved hotel for 10 days.

Amber list passengers

  1. Book tests for day 2 and 8
  2. Complete a Passenger Locator Form
  3. Make plans to self-quarantine in private accommodation for 10 full days after arrival (or full duration of stay if less than 10 days)

Green list passengers

  1. Book a test for day 2
  2. Complete a Passenger Locator Form

These measures apply to all persons (including UK nationals and residents) arriving in England from outside the common travel area comprising the United Kingdom, Ireland, the Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands. The British Overseas Territories are not in the common travel area. Public health requirements may vary depending upon in which nation of the UK you are staying.

Failure to comply with these measures is a criminal offence and you could be fined. There are a limited set of exemptions from these measures. Check the list of exemptions carefully. You may be fined if you fraudulently claim an exemption.
