As you may already know, the Spanish authorities have updated travel requirements for entering mainland Spain and the Canary Islands.

The good news is your customer’s holiday is going ahead. However, these new requirements from the Spanish authorities mean children aged 12-17 who aren’t fully vaccinated won’t be able to enter the country.

So if your customer is travelling on or before 10 January 2022 with a child aged 12-17 who isn’t fully vaccinated, they have the following options:

  • Amend admin-fee-free to a different date or destination: If the total cost increases when amending their booking, they’ll need to pay the difference.
  • Cancel and get a full refund: They’ll get a full refund, excluding any previous admin and cancellation costs.

We’re proactively dealing with all affected bookings in departure date order, so please be patient while we do this.

If your customer would like to amend or cancel their booking but the criteria above doesn’t apply to them, our normal cancellation terms and conditions apply.
