Where to go on holiday in October
Costa del Sol
This cool costa is a long reigning favourite with its glorious beaches and year-round heat. Torremolinos promises all-age attractions while Puerto Banus has after-dark activities covered. Over in Marbella, things get a bit swankier and if you’re looking for an authentic slice of Spain, Mijas won’t disappoint.
Kos
The wonderful island of Kos is much more relaxed in October than it is in summer, so you can experience its traditional towns without the crowds. Stroll along sun-speckled beaches, tuck into feta-covered feasts in traditional tavernas and explore the island’s ancient attractions.
Split Area
