Grecotel Casa Paradiso

Booked this last minute and got a great deal, tbh i didn’t expect much for the money I’ve paid . However , this place exceeded my expectations. Everything is CLEAN , like very very clean ,spotless. The rooms are amazing, AC works perfectly , it looks like it’s been refurbished recently . Food was perfect and the staff was going over the limit trying to please everyone . Rooms were quiet , everything is quiet by 23:00 which makes it the perfect place for a family with kids that want to relax. First all inclusive I went to that had enough food variety to satisfy even the fussy eaters . I only didn’t like few things , but didn’t worry me enough as to complain: 1) sunloungers around the pool get reserved , so if you want a place by the pool you either join the crowd and wakeup at 06:00 to place your towel on the sunlounger or you will have to sit somewhere else . Also I found that German people get more attention, welcoming , tour etc but i guess it’s normal as they ussually come in bigger groups . Overall , I recommend this place to anyone that wants to chill , eat and relax

One of the best hotels we have been in. Very clean with variety of food. Close distance to he beach and Kos town. Plenty of swimming pools and sunbeds. There should be small improvment with towels, but in overall was ok.

Where do I start!! Our bungalow was very dated and shabby furniture, the only plug sockets were on the opposite side of the room from the dressing table!There was no music/entertainment in the actual hotel, there is a stage as you approach the front of the hotel where the entertainment goes on but I wouldn't actually call it entertainment! And if you want a drink over there you have to have it in a paper coffee cup!No soft drink is available until 10.30am and only on tap beer is available at the top pool. Sunbeds also need replacing as very old looking and tatty.The food is the worse thing! Everything is served either warm or almost cold, there is not much variety. This hotel doesn't cater for British! Who eats green beans and sweet corn for breakfast?!Be very careful if you are visiting this hotel, there were a few of us that had upset stomachs while we were here. Always check if your meat is cooked and beware that if eating at the bottom pool during the day that the meat is cooked and put out in the warm for at least 30mins before it is available for you to eat. This hotel is catered for Germans and not British. And the hotel staff especially the reception staff aren't very helpful.

just got back from this hotel. the staff and the hotel had been great. my kids and me and mum have all had a great time. the location is not great on the beach but absoluty nothing in walking distance. there is a bus that picks you up every hour and takes you to kos town. we was told when we were there that this year is the first year that they have introduced English. out of 800 guests there were 20 English at one point so my kids struggled to make friends. majority of the guest there I think we're German and with tui. they had so many reps there and kids clubs were kept separate during the day. loads of them and only a handful in the international group we was put in. if your wanting to do trip with the kids research what you can do before and most of the trips advertised are just shopping trips and site seeing. evening entertainment was not great. had a mini disco for half hour and then was not great. food was really nice. staff really friendly. especially the international entertainment team. room was brilliant and cleaned every day.
