What has the potential to be a top notch hotel complex is let down by failing to attend to details. 2 reception staff to book in a wedding party of 25 is unacceptable. Only three lifts in total and one of those was out of action all week. There was a shortage of staff in the cocktail and pool bars leading to long queues at busy times. When the the wedding function moved to the beach bar as planned, all glasses were forcibly removed from guests, including the wine bottles provide and paid for by the wedding party! Ludicrous policy by a hotel claiming to specialise in weddings. And why oh why does the all inclusiveness not extend to ice cream at the beach bar? Kids had to trail all the way back to the restaurant to claim their much sought after ice-cream. This policy is petty and counter-productive. The entertainment in the cocktail bar consisted of a a pianist and singer both playing so loud that normal conversation was just not possible. On the positive side, The staff were very hard working, polite and helpful even when clearly undermanned and under pressure. The meals were varied and tasty. The rooms were spacious and well looked after. Air conditioning throughout was in good order. Children's activities apparently were of good standard.

Hotel was beautiful, the hotel was immulate with great choice of food , lovely views, the pools were brilliant with a choice of the waterpark pool with 5 large water slides and a large splash park for younger children, i would definitely go back to this hotel again and would recommend it to friends and family. Overall a fantastic holiday.

Beautiful large hotel which was very clean and lovely gardens. Had rules which aren’t kept such as all towels placed on sunneds prior to 8am will be lifted if placed on Sun loungers before 8am / this not not happen and virtually no sun loungers are available after 7.30am. Adults only area of dining room had lots of families with children in using this area. I complained to hotel management and they said this shouldn’t be happening but next day it was still the same! Why have a separate area if it’s not being used as such? Same issue at fault poolside area, large group of young youths, shouting and pushing each other - lots of people complained and hotel management did speak to them but it made no difference. There was no entertainment at night and hotel is deserted by midnight. Lobby bar staff very rude and no pleasant chatting to guests at all. Female singer was more suited to a pretentious piano bar! Not lively or uplifting at all. A la Carte restaurants - Asian & Italian were beautiful but had to complain and fight to get a booking for both as was told they were very busy and we could only book 1 choice in the week. I felt this was very wrong as had chosen this hotel due to it having 3 A la carte restaurants. Tamosz at the adult poolside bar was best Barman in the hotel by miles, friendly funny and chatty he also makes great pins coladas!! Overall lovely hotel but requires better management and more life about it at nighttime.
