Poor hotel. Not 'luxe'. Not suitable for people with disability, not wheelchair suitable. Disability room poor access awful. Accident with lift doors resulted in injury and bruising. Food poisoning 3 treated in hospital. Others in hotel unwell, met others staying in same hotel in hospital. An awful experience. This was a ruined family holiday.

Stayed for 2 weeks beginning of May with other family members. Couldn't fault the hotel the staff or the food not one day was the food the same Perfect location easy to use the public transport to get to Rhodes town granddaughter loved the bus trips!

Firstly, I cannot praise Jet2 enough for a fantastic holiday experience from start to finish! Upon arrival at Kresten Royal Villas we were checked in very quickly and offered a wrap & fruit as the restaurants had closed for the evening. We were taken to our room (410) where a gift had been left and a bottle of water in the fridge. There are plenty of water stations to refill at any time. Our room could not have been better positioned as it over looked the lower pool and sea. The view was amazing! You could see the old town and mountains of Turkey. The room was spotless and cleaned thoroughly every day. If anything, the sofa bed could have been bigger for an 11 & 12 year old to share. The food was plentiful and varied and I can't say I had any complaints here at all. Every evening, there was a good selection of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes on offer. The staff were always very diligent and friendly. The food was hot and the plates were warm too. The dining area was never overly busy either. The gripe with most men was the trouser policy which was enforced. Smart shorts should be acceptable and may be a dress code for women should be enforced! The pool areas were again quiet, with no towel hogging of sun loungers needed. There was an issue with plastic cups blowing around which I feel was the fault of the hotel guests for not putting them in a bin. There were no life guards on duty at any time. The lower pool area was a shallow salt water pool and had some daily activities. The pool bar and restaurant was lovely and the lunch time Gyros was very tasty. The upper pool area was quite deep at 1.8m and was a chlorine pool. Carolos kept the bar here immaculate and took great pride in serving everyone. One thing to be aware of, the tiling here became extremely slippery and I saw a couple of children slide and fall. The steps leading down to the games area were of the same surface and my daughter slipped and hurt her back. Fortunately, a manager was on hand and immediately got her some ice, offering to get a doctor if necessary. Wi-Fi was available at the cost of €10 per device for 10 days. I had no issue with connection during our stay. Towels can also be hired for a refundable ( must be cash) €10 per towel. Yes, they were a bit on the thin side but they could be changed every other day. Premium drinks were available at an extra cost, however, the all inclusive drinks were enough for us. A taxi in to Rhodes cost €10 each way from the main road.

First time and it was great, resort is spaciously layer out with plenty of sun beds around the pools so no need to save early. Room was superb, spacious and kept clean daily, tea/coffee replenished daily along with towels. 2 main restaurants were very good with food of high quality and plenty of it. The main restaurant had 2 ladies continuously checking and replenishing food. Service was very good too with staff being attentive and polite. Bars were excellent same as staff and provided a variety of drinks with the cocktails being people favourites. We thought the resort being on a hillside was pitched more for the able bodied although ramps and wheelchair access had been carefully thought about and was very good. Whilst children are accommodated and we saw playroom and kids club, it would seem more favourable towards older children upwards. For us it was a great place for a great holiday relaxing in the sun with quality eating and drinking.

Nice hotel...clean,( though could smell drains sometimes)..very nice & friendly staff. Food nice but not enough for vegetarians....please address this. You either need to hire a car or catch bus or cab as quite far from most places of interest .

Great hotel . Room had a great view. Met some great people. Some staff more pleasant than others. Meals excellent, will be back. Pools areas clean and tidy. Overall great time. Taking our friends hopefully next time.

Spent a week here with a friend and my Son, despite a few issues with our room on arrival our stay here was fabulous, wonderful room with private pool too. All staff friendly and helpful, the cleaning staff were amazing and clean towels in the rooms everyday. Food was excellent, always a wide selection and something for everyone. Pools and surrounding areas outstandingly clean and tidy, sunbeds very comfortable and we never had any problem getting one. Some lovely on-site shops well worth a browse. A few bars and restaurants a short walk away and bus stops readily available for a trip in to Rhodes town. All in all a great time was had by all. If I had any negatives (and it is from a safety point of view only) it would be that a little bit of lighting on the driveway leading to the hotel would be helpful for the late returners!!. We would definitely return.

Hotel was lovely food was lovely but the housekeeping let the hotel down. We ordered a double room and got 2 twin beds as was told no double mattress toppers available and it took 3 days before one was available. Bathrobe supplied had lipstick on and smell of perfume so obviously not cleaned only 1 cup and 1 glass was left in the room. Bath towels were grey and dingy and dirty quilt left in room for days

everything was great apart from 1) the pillows which were filled with what appeared to be polymer beads. 2) the twin beds appeared move of their own volition during the night. 3) the garden view that wasn't. 4) transfer coaches arriving and departing at unsocial hours
