Arriving at Hotel Des Artistes we are greeted by a very nice and helpful receptionist. The room was very clean the bed comfortable, bathroom had large walk in shower, tea coffee we topped up every day. Breakfast was excellent all you could eat and plenty off it, i will be booking again. All the staff where very helpful nothing seem to be much. Great stay
I found the staff very helpful, kind and friendly. They made great suggestions of things to do and see in Rome. Also when we arrived at our room, the toilet wasn't working but they sent someone straight away who fixed it. They also rang to check that everything was sorted. We walked down the street a little bit to get to the building where our room was, so that was a bit of a surprise. We found the room was a good size and comfortable. It was lovely and clean. We enjoyed our stay, and were very pleased with the friendly staff who worked on the reception. Thanks so much.
Myself and my partner stayed here for 3 nights It’s located 5 mins walk from the main train station so really easy to get to from the airport. 2 min walk to the metro so excellent location we found. Staff were really friendly and helpful We would get a bottle of wine for the local shop and sit on the roof garden in the evenings as we were just so busy all day. Room was clean and tidy and plenty of space, air con was great If I ever go to Rome again then I would definitely stay here

The basic flight fare (including all taxes and non-optional charges), one piece of check-in baggage, accommodation and coach transfers if stated form the ‘FREE’ element of the price. All other ancillary charges on the flight or during the holiday, such as extra legroom and in-flight meals, room upgrades, and optional meal arrangements, and for villas, pool heating, shall be chargeable. Please note, transfers are not included within a Jet2CityBreaks booking.
One Free Child Place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price. There can only be one Free Child Place per room, or per villa, on the booking. With the exception of villa products, multiple Free Child Places can be booked as long as there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price per child place, each Free Child Place is assigned into a different room and there is availability of Free Child Places. Where a party consists of one adult and two children, one child will be charged the full price applicable to their age and the other child will receive the Free Child Place.
The child age where a Free Child Place would be applicable is displayed on the accommodation description page of the brochure and on our website. The child age on the date of return must not exceed the specified age to be applicable to a Free Child Place.
The full deposit must be paid for the Free Child Place and the deposit will be deducted from the final holiday invoice. This will be displayed at time of booking. If you cancel your holiday there will be a £60 charge payable in respect of the child, in addition to any charges set out in clause 5 of our terms and conditions.
