Excellent hotel, from the minute we checked in nothing was too much trouble for any of the friendly staff. Buffet breakfast was lovely and something for everyone, overall would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning
The hotel is near the main train/bus station so great for getting around Rome easily. Staff are extremely efficient and give helpful advice on where to eat , how to get around Rome. Even though our room was two doors down from the main hotel entrance the security was fine, two door security. Our room was nicely decorated and very clean, There was maid service everyday. Breakfast was a welcoming sight every morning, it was presented very well and nothing was too much trouble for the kitchen assistant.The hotel is situated on a busy road so noise is to be expected, the church bells that chime occasionally are only to be expected in an Italian city. Enjoyed my stay and will book at the hotel again when I return to Rome
This hotel is ideal for a city break, it is close to the train station and the historic sights of Rome are within walking distance. The hotel staff are friendly and the accommodation is clean and tidy. The breakfast was very good with a good selection of food available. I would be happy to recommend this hotel and when I next visit Rome I would stay at this hotel again.
room ground floor behind kitchen,woken early noise from kitchen,shower very small could not shower long as shower tray filled up,only 5 hangers for two people in wardrobe were reluctant to change bed to twin from double but did so.no one spoke to you ,no good morning ,hows your room ,how are you ,are you enjoying your stay,breakfast poor and cold .

The basic flight fare (including all taxes and non-optional charges), one piece of check-in baggage, accommodation and coach transfers if stated form the ‘FREE’ element of the price. All other ancillary charges on the flight or during the holiday, such as extra legroom and in-flight meals, room upgrades, and optional meal arrangements, and for villas, pool heating, shall be chargeable. Please note, transfers are not included within a Jet2CityBreaks booking.
One Free Child Place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price. There can only be one Free Child Place per room, or per villa, on the booking. With the exception of villa products, multiple Free Child Places can be booked as long as there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price per child place, each Free Child Place is assigned into a different room and there is availability of Free Child Places. Where a party consists of one adult and two children, one child will be charged the full price applicable to their age and the other child will receive the Free Child Place.
The child age where a Free Child Place would be applicable is displayed on the accommodation description page of the brochure and on our website. The child age on the date of return must not exceed the specified age to be applicable to a Free Child Place.
The full deposit must be paid for the Free Child Place and the deposit will be deducted from the final holiday invoice. This will be displayed at time of booking. If you cancel your holiday there will be a £60 charge payable in respect of the child, in addition to any charges set out in clause 5 of our terms and conditions.
