We stayed here in March 2025 for 4 nights. Perfect location for us, we walked everywhere, with the assistance of a map provided by the hotel. The only place we got a taxi to was the Vatican tour, but walked back via a route the wonderful reception team told us about. These were beautiful places we would never have seen had we got transport . The whole team at the hotel are nothing short of amazing. They are friendly, welcoming, helpful and exceeded our expectations. The room we had was perfectly clean and had a balcony (which we weren’t expecting). The breakfast was outstanding… so much choice of food and drinks . The food was so fresh and cooked items were cooked perfectly. Rooftop bar was lovely, a little chilly as it was March, but we were offered blankets… so there was no reason for us to go back to the room early. Thank you to the whole team, we couldn’t have asked for any more.

The basic flight fare (including all taxes and non-optional charges), one piece of check-in baggage, accommodation and coach transfers if stated form the ‘FREE’ element of the price. All other ancillary charges on the flight or during the holiday, such as extra legroom and in-flight meals, room upgrades, and optional meal arrangements, and for villas, pool heating, shall be chargeable. One Free Child Place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price. There can only be one Free Child Place per room, or per villa, on the booking. With the exception of villa products, multiple Free Child Places can be booked as long as there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price per child place, each Free Child Place is assigned into a different room and there is availability of Free Child Places. Where a party consists of one adult and two children, one child will be charged the full price applicable to their age and the other child will receive the Free Child Place.
The child age where a Free Child Place would be applicable is displayed on the accommodation description page of the brochure and on our website. The child age on the date of return must not exceed the specified age to be applicable to a Free Child Place.
The full deposit must be paid for the Free Child Place and the deposit will be deducted from the final holiday invoice. This will be displayed at time of booking. If you cancel your holiday there will be a £60 charge payable in respect of the child, in addition to any charges set out in clause 5 of our terms and conditions.
