Nice hotel close to the Marina, bars etc, very friendly staff,The pool was a bit cold but expected at this time of year, good choice for breakfast, the bar was always open and reasonably priced. Would recommend.

This is in the ideal location for the main attractions, 5-10mins walk to Spanish steps, staff friendly and helpful, room was great, large bathroom and bedroom, all the usual facilities in the room, the only little gripe was at breakfast, the coffee was poor, apart from that, great stay.

our room was at the Hotel back side, they clear the bins and bottles everyday at 4am, 6am, so you will have auto alarm call you up at that time. every days. my wife even found a bug on the floor. the morning breakfast we have was average. but the white board bean we have was sour,.....why??

All clean staff very help full food exelent . Was in between Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps ideal location and tube right outside hotel . Lovely rooftop restaurants are the best one just round corner well worth a look on 4th floor

The hotel is central to all transport. Our room was not noisy as some guests on trip adviser had said, we sleep very well. Form arriving to departing staff were helpful, happy and informative. The rooms are spotless clean. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices. We have no complaints about this hotel and would certainly stay here again if in Rome.

Hotel Imperiale was OK - but not what I would normally call a 4 Star. No AC in the bedrooms and it was very hot at night, and no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Apart from that everything worked and the staff were very helpful but the bedrooms needed a definite "face lift" as they are looking rather dated.

The Imperiale Hotel is a clean, comfortable and central hotel. There was a wide selection of freshly prepared food available at breakfast times. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel lobby and reception were fairly basic, but adequate. Our only slight criticism was that the window for taking breakfast was very short.

The hotel is well located on the Via Veneto, well within walking distance of many of the things you want to see - Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colosseum, and even the Vatican at a stretch. The room was a good size, and very comfortable with a nice bathroom. The only slight downside was that there was no bath, just a shower. Breakfast was a feast of different things - cereals, fruit, cold meats, cheese confectionery etc plus a hot option. The hotel has a spa, with all the usual facilities, but we didn't use it, so can't comment on its quality. No reason to think it wouldn't be fine, however, given the rest of our experience. The staff were very helpful and friendly, although we didn't have much interaction with them, as nothing went wrong! The hotel has a restaurant which is situated in a separate building just outside. We ate there once, and it was very nice. There is a huge choice of eating places within a very short radius of the hotel, and we had 4 very nice meals on the 4 evenings we were there. We thought it was excellent value as part of the Jet2 holiday deal, and would have no hesitation in recommending it.

Excellent location for eating out, plenty of choice ranging in price from simple pizza to silver service dining. Hotel located in a quiet, leafy street away from the hustles and bustle of a busy capital city. Metro at bottom of street very accessible and easy to use so easy to facilitate all the sight seeing we wanted to do.

The staff are really friendly and extremely helpful. We wanted to book a trip to see the Vatican and colloseum and they did this without hesitation. The rooms were quite large compared to some we have stayed in before. It was clean and had a good decoration. Great place to stay as it was close to colloseum about a mile. Spanish steps 15 min walk. Will be pleased to go back again.

Stayed early March. Room was large enough and very well furnished, decorated and maintained. Good choice at breakfast, including hot food. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is 50 yards from the tube and very well placed for everything. Will definitely stay again when returning to Rome.

We were in Rome for a weekend break and wanted a hotel that was within walking distance of some of the sites. The Hotel Imperiale was perfectly located between the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. It was also very close to a 'hop on hop off' bus stop; the stop before everyone gets on so perfect for picking your seat. The hotel is well appointed and in great condition re decor etc. The only negative was the small size of the bedroom with the double bed being pushed up against a wall. But that was no big deal really. The bar was good, breakfast was ample, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

Excellent hotel, couldnt fault anything. The check in was fast and friendly making sure we knew were everything was including pointing areas of interest out on a map. The room was clean and tidy with plenty of space for clothing. Breakfast was fast and flowing, great selection of food led be friendly staff, always looking to help. The hotel itself was in a great area for touring Rome, 100 yards from a metro stop and in walking distance from all the main tourist spots as well as local cafes and food outlets as well as the main shopping strip. 15 mins walk from the train station. We couldnt have picked a better hotel in such a great location.
