Spent the Easter weekend in Rome and stayed at Leon’s place for 3 nights. The hotel staff were all amazingly helpful! In particular Angela on reception who kindly spent some time explaining good places to eat and drawing maps for us with great detail. The hotel is around a 20/30 min walk to main attractions e.g Trevi Fountain and coliseum. The gelato shop over the road is an absolute must! We went everyday and I loved how close this was to the hotel we also loved the breakfast as had lots of variety. We absolutely loved this hotel! As was quite nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of the busy streets, the hotel rooms are lovely! And very stylish. My only small grumble would be that the bed was a little hard for my liking but this is no way a fault of the hotel. If I’m in Rome again I would love to visit Leon’s place for another stay!
Leon's Place is a small, boutique hotel in a quiet area of Rome within walking distance of the main Termini Railway Station which provides access to the metro system and national rail links. Our room was a bit on the small side and had one or two idiosyncrasies but was comfortable and quiet. The breakfasts were excellent as were the staff. I would certainly stay there again if visiting Rome.
Gorgeous boutique hotel with OTT designer furnishing. The room was a good size, had a very large bed and small but well-equipped bathroom. Be warned that there was a wardrobe but no drawers so be resourceful! Having said that the furnishings in the room looked fantastic and the air-conditioning worked very well. Breakfast was well-stocked with a good choice. Reception staff were efficient if a bit impersonal. The hotel is not particularly central but not very far from everything.
Gorgeous modern hotel , rooms ok nothing great , we had ants in our first room but got moved as soon as we complained , breakfast was fab and staff were so friendly at breakfast especially the manger , never used the bar but looked lovely ,
Myself and my partner stayed here for 3 nights and I love every minute of it. The room itself was of a very good standard, as some other views have said the rooms aren't massive but are definitely big enough for 2 adults. The breakfast is of a great standard and all the staff were welcoming and ensured that we were full before setting out on our day. The hotel is in waking distance of all tourist attractions and across the street is the best ice cream place that I came across in rome!! All the staff were lovely so if you're looking for a good hotel and enjoyable trip I would book here. We will be going back!!!

It's been very good to stay in this hotel. Nice and clean. Staff s are very friendly. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to go Rome.

The basic flight fare (including all taxes and non-optional charges), one piece of check-in baggage, accommodation and coach transfers if stated form the ‘FREE’ element of the price. All other ancillary charges on the flight or during the holiday, such as extra legroom and in-flight meals, room upgrades, and optional meal arrangements, and for villas, pool heating, shall be chargeable. One Free Child Place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price. There can only be one Free Child Place per room, or per villa, on the booking. With the exception of villa products, multiple Free Child Places can be booked as long as there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price per child place, each Free Child Place is assigned into a different room and there is availability of Free Child Places. Where a party consists of one adult and two children, one child will be charged the full price applicable to their age and the other child will receive the Free Child Place.
The child age where a Free Child Place would be applicable is displayed on the accommodation description page of the brochure and on our website. The child age on the date of return must not exceed the specified age to be applicable to a Free Child Place.
The full deposit must be paid for the Free Child Place and the deposit will be deducted from the final holiday invoice. This will be displayed at time of booking. If you cancel your holiday there will be a £60 charge payable in respect of the child, in addition to any charges set out in clause 5 of our terms and conditions.
