Everything was top class at the Nord Nuova.The buffet breakfast was great: fabulous Italian coffee and plenty of choices. The staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough. The room cleaning was first class.
The hotel is clean and spacious and we were very happy with our rooms. Breakfast was to a high standard and we found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. We would definitely use the hotel again.
After a short five minute walk from the Metro we arrived early for check in but were pleased to find that our room was ready and we could go straight to it. The lovely Sylvia greeted us and was helpful and provided us with helpful information. The room was spacious with a large double (possibly king) size bed, ample wardrobe and drawer space. Nice modern bathroom with a large powerful shower with toiletries provided and a powerful hairdryer. Tea and coffee making facilities were in the room, flat screen tv and an electronic safe. Mini bar stocked with water, soft drinks and beer which were reasonably priced but we didn't use them. Nice roof top bar which was reasonably priced and gave a lovely view to the Roman ruins (baths I think) across the road. We could also see them from our room. Breakfast was plentiful with cereal, fruit, yogurt, toast, scrambled eggs, bread rolls, pastries and more available. Tea, coffee and fruit juice too. All in all a lovely hotel which we would definitely use again. First trip to Rome and we can't wait to come back. Ciao for now.
excellent hotel 2nd year of staying and would definitely recommend close to the station great friendly staff. good breakfast not too much choice but still enough, overall will return again loved the city so much to see and do.

The basic flight fare (including all taxes and non-optional charges), one piece of check-in baggage, accommodation and coach transfers if stated form the ‘FREE’ element of the price. All other ancillary charges on the flight or during the holiday, such as extra legroom and in-flight meals, room upgrades, and optional meal arrangements, and for villas, pool heating, shall be chargeable. Please note, transfers are not included within a Jet2CityBreaks booking.
One Free Child Place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price. There can only be one Free Child Place per room, or per villa, on the booking. With the exception of villa products, multiple Free Child Places can be booked as long as there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price per child place, each Free Child Place is assigned into a different room and there is availability of Free Child Places. Where a party consists of one adult and two children, one child will be charged the full price applicable to their age and the other child will receive the Free Child Place.
The child age where a Free Child Place would be applicable is displayed on the accommodation description page of the brochure and on our website. The child age on the date of return must not exceed the specified age to be applicable to a Free Child Place.
The full deposit must be paid for the Free Child Place and the deposit will be deducted from the final holiday invoice. This will be displayed at time of booking. If you cancel your holiday there will be a £60 charge payable in respect of the child, in addition to any charges set out in clause 5 of our terms and conditions.
