staff very friendly and helpful and breakfast very varied and not good for your waistline,sun terrace and garden lovely and Josephs a value for money restaurant for evening meals about 20 minute walk away. If you have wheelchair member to your party or pram be aware footpaths are very narrow to non existent and there are cobbles everywhere
This was our first trip to Rome and thought it may be beneficial to stay just outside of Rome centre (cheaper too). The hotel is close to bus links and a 10 minute walk from the metro so if you don't mind a bit of a walk it is fine. The hotel itself is a nice neat building but when you get beyond reception you can tell it is a bit tired and worn. The bar and restaurant staff are very friendly and nice. The basis of the stay was B&B and the breakfast was very good with a good range of items available from cooked food to breads/cakes and fruits/cereals. The evening meal menu was good if a bit limited. The set menu was 28 euros which is a good price but there is also the fuller menu you can order from. The room itself is on a par with the UK's premier inn - basic but clean and comfortable. There were a few things that let it down - the bin in the bathroom was broken and the floors were not vacuumed whilst we were there (we stayed for 7 days). Also we reported a broken hairdrier which wasn't fixed and sparked if you turned it on. We had to remake the beds each day because for some reason the bottom sheets were never pulled straight. The top covers were just straightened on top of them. The real let down I have to say was the staff on reception. They were not very helpful or knowledgeable. When we were leaving there was am ix up with our transfer to the airport and the person behind reception was quite rude. All I asked was how long it would take for the driver to come back and pick us up and I was met with a rather obstinate 'it is not our fault'. I never said it was. So all in all it was a good holiday and the hotel was fine.
Accommodation good, food choice excellent, very friendly and helpful staff. We found this hotel to be just what we needed, we were very lazy and got taxis into the city although bus and metro services were nearby. The hotel no longer sells bus tickets (a 20 minute walk to the nearest tabac). To conclude this hotel ideal out of city away from all the bustle and good for a city break.

Had a lovely 2 night stay. Added bonus having the pool in the very hot heat. Nice to be able to chill by a pool after a long day of sight seeing. Friendly staff

Slightly out of the area, but on a main bus route and would be walkable if not in 37 degree heat. Access to a pool was one of the main reasons for booking this hotel particularly for a visit in August ... more

The basic flight fare (including all taxes and non-optional charges), one piece of check-in baggage, accommodation and coach transfers if stated form the ‘FREE’ element of the price. All other ancillary charges on the flight or during the holiday, such as extra legroom and in-flight meals, room upgrades, and optional meal arrangements, and for villas, pool heating, shall be chargeable. Please note, transfers are not included within a Jet2CityBreaks booking.
One Free Child Place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price. There can only be one Free Child Place per room, or per villa, on the booking. With the exception of villa products, multiple Free Child Places can be booked as long as there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price per child place, each Free Child Place is assigned into a different room and there is availability of Free Child Places. Where a party consists of one adult and two children, one child will be charged the full price applicable to their age and the other child will receive the Free Child Place.
The child age where a Free Child Place would be applicable is displayed on the accommodation description page of the brochure and on our website. The child age on the date of return must not exceed the specified age to be applicable to a Free Child Place.
The full deposit must be paid for the Free Child Place and the deposit will be deducted from the final holiday invoice. This will be displayed at time of booking. If you cancel your holiday there will be a £60 charge payable in respect of the child, in addition to any charges set out in clause 5 of our terms and conditions.
