Most perfect hotel. Best location, amazing staff and breakfast was a delight! Rooms are small, but this is to be expected in Rome, but everything was clean, tidy and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and would absolutely stay again!
We stayed at the River Palace Hotel for a week in July 18. We have stayed in many different hotels and this was certainly one of the best. The rooms were very comfortable, with good air conditioning and the breakfast was delicious and varied. It was the special touches that made the hotel a great choice, the sweets and weather forecast left on the bed, the complementary bar snacks available each evening and the warm and friendly staff. The hotel is well placed to visit all the major attractions in Rome.
Went to Rome for a city break with 3 friends. Hotel was really well situated and very handy for metro. Hotel staff were very nice. Hotel was clear, beds very comfortable and they came to turn beds down, draw curtains, fold pajamas and put sweets on your pillows each evening. Breakfast was excellent with varied choices. The breakfast staff were lovely and friendly. A good time was had by all.

Just returned from 3 nights at the River Palace. We've been going for years now and have always found the Hotel, staff and experience brilliant. It's ideally positioned to walk to a great number of sites and close to the Metro for those further away. Would never dream of staying anywhere else when visiting Rome. Unfortunately we had an incident on the metro and the staff were extremely helpful and concerned we were ok. If the River Palace is on your list of possible hotels..... move it upon to the top and book it.
Lovely, small, quiet hotel. Just away from the main areas, but easily reached within a 5 minute walk. Excellent staff. Everyone was friendly and couldn't be more helpful. We were given a map, circled with all the places to visit and walking times to reach. Booked a deluxe room and couldn't fault it. Very clean, tea/coffee making facilities etc. Great choice at breakfast. All fresh and tasty. Loved the little touches like receiving the weather forecast for the next day with a small packet of jellies. 'Happy hour' was very popular and met a lot of friendly people from all over the world. Would stay there again.
Great hotel, very friendly and helpful staff couldn't of wished for a better place. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The room was very comfy, also was in a very good position close to all the places you want to see.
River Palace Hotel looks in every respect exactly as the pictures depict it on the Jet2 website Gallery. it is extremely smart with polished marble lobby, grand piano, and luxury bar area and the rooms and bathrooms are also well fitted out and spotlessly clean and well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were all very helpful and professional. The hotel location is maybe a little north of centre, but it is convenient (150m) to the lovely Piazza del Popolo and from there to the three main streets of central Rome so it is very easy to locate and to get back to after a full day's sight-seeing.
Stayed at this wonderful hotel for three nights in August. Great location for venturing into Rome. Hotel was charming, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a great start to the day. We also made use of the cocktail hour and buffet. Staff were very friendly and helpful couldn't recommend this hotel enough. We will be back.
Friendly staff who are very attentive to your needs. The cocktails in the bar are excellent and half price at happy hour! The room was lovely and clean and the bathrobes and slippers were a nice touch. There is plenty to choose from at breakfast to set you up for the day. I would stay in this hotel again .
What a lovely little hotel in a great location straight across from Piazzo de Popolo. Rooms were very clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Staff extremely helpful and reception staff couldn't do enough for us after my luggage didn't arrive. Booked a trip to the Coliseum at reception which was excellent and just a small group of us making the experience even better. Breakfast was fantastic with a great choice and again helpful, friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

One Free Child Place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price. There can only be one Free Child Place per room, or per villa, on the booking. With the exception of villa products, multiple Free Child Places can be booked as long as there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price per child place, each Free Child Place is assigned into a different room and there is availability of Free Child Places. Where a party consists of one adult and two children, one child will be charged the full price applicable to their age and the other child will receive the Free Child Place.
The child age where a Free Child Place would be applicable is displayed on the accommodation description page of the brochure and on our website. The child age on the date of return must not exceed the specified age to be applicable to a Free Child Place.
The full deposit must be paid for the Free Child Place and the deposit will be deducted from the final holiday invoice. This will be displayed at time of booking. If you cancel your holiday there will be a £60 charge payable in respect of the child, in addition to any charges set out in clause 5 of our terms and conditions.
