Hotel Eliseo Park's

On arrival we were impressed with the ease of checking in ,our room was spacious and spotless and was kept that way throughout our stay by the staff.would have liked a shower en closure rather than an open bath with a hand held shower,the bed was quite hard as well,no problems with any of the meals,typical home cooked Italian food.Staff were pleasant and helpful.If you want a 3star plus this hotel is good

Very Italian decor in public area that looks reasonably fresh. Rooms are a bit tired looking and the bathrooms pretty shabby.The hotel does not have a dedicated bar and sitting in the lobby with your drink is not particularly pleasant. The food is ok , nice enough but nothing great. Breakfast was limited in choice and each morning the hot food was almost cold. Probably the worst coffee I have drunk in Italy.The staff however are probably the best we have encountered in Italy from manager to cleaner they are all extremely friendly and helpful. Although we new the location would be quieter than Sorrento there was little in the area to go to in the evening.

this hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms quite adequate with friendly and helpful staff. BUT please get a new chef as the food was not good at all. Send in Jamie Oliver to advise. Because of this we cannot recommend

Strange hotel with nobody about, it is used as a local travelodge so lots of people e staying one night, coming in late and going early, lots of door noise and dragging cases. Bar is a bit odd not manned and pool bar is never open. Pool is freezing but refreshing and very quiet. Food is ok you get lots. Drinks a bit expensive. Very clean and very helpful staff. Beach at bottom of hill is private and costs 5 Euro to get on. Pizza bar over the road is a must, small friendly and reasonable. Main shops are turn left out of hotel and then right up the hill, about a 10 min walk. Sorrento takes about 20 mins, pavements are narrow and smell of dog pee.all in all not bad and the decor will make you smile.

Fabulous hotel, retro style not changed since 1970s! Immaculate every where! However, the food was a total letdown...also possibly from the 1970s and let this hotel down! It was reminiscent of very bad English school lunches, Which were actually better quality, it was hard to believe what was being thrown on a plate!

The bar could not be set higher. There were so many things to do we had trouble fitting them all in. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The meals could have been more varied but were adequate.The road to Sorrento was busy with a lot of tree roots on the paths so we didn't tend to venture into town at night but in the day there are a few viewpoints along the way.

staff were brilliant very friendly, ideally located ,25 mins walk to Sorrento but well placed for bus service train service 15 mins walk, food was mainly very good ,service was great , room very clean
