cannot praise this hotel enough, all staff, friendly, helpful and professional rooms dated but very clean, as are all areas of the hotel, stayed half board selection of food very good, waiters were amazing, going through the next days menu and making suggestions, changes as my wife is vegetarian and gluten free. location is fantastic, very close to all attractions, brilliant hotel and even better staff could not ask for more

My Wife & I recently spent a week at the Hotel Zi Teresa, the hotel is a 5/10 minute walk from the centre of Sorrento, the Rooms are spotless & very spacious and we had a side view of the Bay, Breakfast was plentiful and the staff were very attentive, the reception staff are very knowledgable of everything that is going on and very willing to help, the rooftop terrace has spectacular views of the bay and the sunsets are amazing from up there. If and when we go back to Sorrento this is definitely the hotel that we will be staying in...

Really nice hotel. Clean, well decorated, excellent breakfast selection. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful with lots of good advice for where to go and how to get there. Brilliant location. Close to everything but on a quiet side street. The only thing missing for me was tea and coffee making facilities. However, easily remedied with a travel kettle. The rooms have a fridge. Couldn't have chosen anywhere better

This hotel is well situated off the main road. It is clean and comfortable with very friendly and helpful staff. The food is good and plentiful and the restaurant staff are exceptional. It’s a good hotel for exploring the area, close to station.

We had a fantastic holiday at the Zi Teresa and can recommend it most highly if you are looking for a relaxed and friendly small hotel. Our room was comfortable, a good size for a family and the air conditioning was very efficient. We were on the 4th floor and the balcony had a lovely view across the bay to Vesuvius. All of the staff were pleasant and went out of their way to be helpful. We booked on a half board basis and were very glad that we did, all of our meals were delicious and great value. The dining room is downstairs and superbly managed by the lovely Corrado who has the knack of making everyone feel welcome and also speaks excellent English. There is a choice for eating at 7 or 8 on so there is still plenty of time to enjoy the short walk into the centre of Sorrento and soak up the evening atmosphere (shops are open late). The pool area was perfect for a relax in the afternoon and we also loved an evening visit to the roof terrace - stunning views, again cheerful service and often tempting dishes of antipasto with the drinks.
