Lovely hotel food was great good location room clean staff very friendly pool area very nice hotel is in a great location for the beach and for all your shopping needs streets around hotel very busy so can get abit noisey

Well we arrived and got a very quick check in ,got our key cards and went up in the very small lifts excited to get our luggage in , but when we got in no balcony ,nightmare straight away , we go back down 4 of us ,and had to pay more than €80 for an upgrade with balcony , the room was lovely and had a lovely big shower ,the staff everyone of them were so good to us ,a perfect service, The maids were great room was always cleaned and got fresh towels every day, the pool area not so good ,only a small pool not enough loungers and not a single parasol in sight ,same food almost everyday hated that ,only had breakfast most of the week we were there, I would most definitely recommend this hotel again but only for the area that it’s in, it’s so nice in the old town ,and not far from Benidorm night life about 40 mins walk there and back , and must say the entertainment was enough to send you to sleep piano player every night and a bit of line and ballroom dancing, ,it would have been nice to have a sun lounger on the balcony it was big enough to have them .oh and we had to go down to reception most days because our key card didn’t work Anyway these are my thoughts and have a great holiday.

Small hotel very friendly Pool located on the roof had little seating or shade Had to swap rooms from 5th floor as we were below the pool pump equipment which vibrated day and night Great location in pedestrian area with no cars and close to shops,bars and restaurants. Food excellent lots of choice.

Lovely food, rooms reasonable size , disappointing that rooms were not cleaned or bedding not changed the whole week we were there, I even borrowed a broom to sweep the room myself. Spanish guests served first with drinks in the dining room, no wayer available. small pool area but absolutely no shade available. Front desk staff abrupt and unfriendly. No tea and coffee facilities in room ,Website states"comfort room available with free tea, coffee and water available ", this was not true.

awe were changed to this hotel as the one we booked was opening later in the season. A great hotel, well situated and friendly staff. H ave booked again for next year DV. More suited to mature people.

Hotel is in the great location right in the center of the old town food and staff brilliant nothing to much trouble room great cleaned every day excellent for couples and solo shops and tapas within walking and beach 2 min from hotel

Efficient reception on arrival but no Balcony room available. however one was provided the next day.good food but didn't like special meal on Friday (July 5th)on our previous it was a Spanish meal witch we loved.. Staff excellent and we like the bar on the top floor.IT was very hot while we were there but the air conditioning coped well . great holiday

Hotel location central. Is only good thing I can say that is Positive. Food awful nothing most nights for vegetarians . Waiters rude and noisy . Dining room chaotic. Rooms very dusty not cleaned throughly. Entertainment diabolical. Very obvious that the staff do not like English people

The hotel was in a central position of Benidorm ideal for beach,shops,bars etc.Very clean,pleasant staff and a nice clean room although if your room is in the centre of the hotel the view from your window is poor plus no veranda.The most negative part was with the dinning area and the variety of food.It was rather cramped for sitting and crowded.

The hotel is rated correctly, 3 stars but it is clean and I think they’ve recently decorated the rooms. Our stay was pleasant enough. The food was of average quality we thought we had booked all inclusive but were told we were only full board + the room we were in faced out on to a busy pedestrian walkway and could not sleep on two occasions because of the noise of revellers walking about late at night shouting and singing

Hotel was extremely good, great staff, very clean, very comfortable beds and good sized rooms, food was very good with plenty of choice even for the fussiest. Overall very pleasurable 11 nghts. Very likely to return.
