Hotel Don Pancho

Food options were poor for my wife who has intolerances, even when they were informed 3 months before we arrived. The lifts were very slow and 2 were not working We could use our balcony very often, as we had chain smokers next to us

Great hotel , very friendly well run good food and super clean would not hesitate to go back again very security minded too with access to hotel the only downside was unable to get coffee at lunch or dinner only in morning .

Brilliant hotel ,good food.very clean lovely staff.The best hotel we’ve stayed in and ideally situated in the centre of Benidorm .We’ve been there twice and won’t hesitate to go again.no trouble getting a lounger round the pool as there are plenty and parasols too as well as a towel service free of charge.

Hotel staff were excellent very helpful in all of there rolls from reception cleaning bar staff and catering. Rooms were cleaned every day and left spotless. Food was varied every day and of top quality. I would defiantly recommend this hotel

We stayed for 10 days and had a good time. The hotel is spotless and service good. Food in the restaurant is good and pool service very good. Drinks measures are good and prices very fair. The biggest downside is that the king sized bed is just two singles placed next to each other and made up as two singles. So no cuddles unless you dismantle the bed and tie it together. I did that and staff untied it. So if you actually want to sleep with your partner take cable ties!. The beds themselves were not that comfortable. So overall it was not as good a visit as last time we went in 2019.

hotel welcoming, clean ,rooms spacious, walk in shower, entertainment dated, entertainments managers husband should stick to day job eg setting up acts .Food is less than average for a supposedly 4star hotel swimming pool area atrocious pa about spacecked to the rafters arguments all the time

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We were on B&B basis and the breakfast buffet was very good. The staff couldn't do enough for us. Bar staff were very friendly and drinks reasonably priced. Great location too. We would stay here again.

What a fantastic hotel the staff were brilliant, always pleasant,helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Kevin in the pool area was an absolute star he was so kind and considerate with every one he made sure we were well looked after with beds chairs and tables, I really like how the pool space in the shallow pool was used with sunbeds in it to lay and cool off but still catch the rays, I did think I had died and gone to heaven. The bar staff in the pool bar were brilliant serving snack and drinks it really was a fantastic trip, and will saving to return. The hotel was so clean as were the rooms, the food was nice, always something I could eat and I am a fussy eater. I would recommend this hotel

Did not cater well for coeliacs. Food label was supposed to indicate if it was gluten free, but when I asked about the roast chicken TWICE, I was told it contained gluten.....but the sign said it did not. On the second occasion, I confronted the MANAGER who told me that it " may have traces of gluten, but it was perfectly safe to eat" Never had this in 32 years going abroad. Also the entertainment was crap. The room however was lovely and the cleaner first class. Won't be back

This is very welcoming hotel with friendly and helpful staff, especially Kevin the pool manager. The accomodation and food are excellent.. It does have a dress code but not overbearingly so. Entertainment provided nightly.

Hotel Don Pancho is the best hotel we have been to in it's class they are fully customer focused making every effort to help the most outstanding staff member was Kevin at the pool side although all staff were polite and keen to engage with customers our room was looked after well by Nelly cleaned to a high standard. Had a good variety of dishes at breakfast and evening meals staff matching the quality of other areas of the hotel, the musical entertainment was a little old for our taste the manager Charlene is working hard with the acts she has available to her, This is a hotel in a busy place but is a haven when inside. With excellent views.

Lovely hotel, staff are brillant, food is ok but as a vegterian I would have liked more choice, as there was plenty of fruit and veg but no veggie protein except cheese. We would stay there again.as the staff made the hotel.
